@wiseowl , @moyra & @Zigs I've been up all night doing a rain dance , I must have been thinking of you all whilst dancing, the rain was suppose to be for me! . I've been watering like mad but it's as dry as a bone here. We have some rain forecast for later on

Well I'd be blowed! It's raining so blinking hard the drains can't cope with it, there's big puddles all over the roads it's crazy, but brilliant for the garden . Holiday now postponed until Thursday....that's when the forecast says the sun will shine again! I'd be happy to work out in the garden with the odd shower but it's chucking it down!

Did plenty of pottering yesterday as no rain here ,it did start to drizzle last night and has carried on until now so the garden has had a nice gentle watering instead of getting flattened.Now my weather widget thingy says at 6am the sun is going to come out we'll see

Good morning everyone, just come over very dark again so looks like we are in for some more rain. That storm last night caused some damage , my roses are looking sorry for themselves this morning and there is pink and red confetti petals everywhere! More boughs broken of the trees on the green too. Still managed to walk Amber without getting wet this morning so small blessings.

Still not much in the line of rain here,it did drizzle for a couple of hours last night but that was it.It's certainly cooler this morning,down to 8 degrees but some lovely sunshine to go with it

today, might have a go in the garage, it's got flipping untidy again, I wonder

Up with the lark, cleaned out the cupboard under the sink, all nice and tidy
now, it's amazing how much you can get in if it's tidy

Cut all my disks for my Petri dishes for the next batch of seed sowing.
