Yes, hello to all early risers.

Sleeping much better now. Had a slight blip last night, I had a bad stomach ache, it bloated up and I could only burp. Chewed some chewing gum, and that helped.

Then I realised, it was my own fault..... I had quite a good size dinner
and then about 1/2 hour later I thought I would have some waffle and ice-creamOverloaded my poor stomach. Greedy .....

All ok now.

Can you believe it,I've now gone a ricked my neckSeen as I'm off to work this morning and my ribs are a bit iffy I thought I'd spray them with some Deep heat but it made me jump thus setting my neck offI wasn't laughing at first but I'm tittering to myself now I think I'm falling to bits.What's that my Granny used to say..." I think I'm dead but I won't lie down".

It's nice here at the moment,hope it stays like it for the next stage of Le Tour de Yorkshire(that does sound funny to me).I enjoyed watching it yesterday,those chaps have certainly got some stamina wonder if they're any good at gardening? now there's a test for them

Morning folks. happy Saturday x Hope everybody is well and happy today. @Lolimac I am soooo glad you got some Sketchers! I can't recommend them highly enough, I really can't. I think I will need surgery to remove mine, I am a collector of shoes, have well over 100 pairs and they are all redundant now! Hope you enjoy yours x x

My son and his 3 friends are, as we speak, lining up to do the Tough Mudder to raise money for Help for Heroes. Slightly worried as my boy has had to have some special tape on his leg via his physio, something to do with damaged muscles or something he's very sporty, but I am worried he will do some further damage. Being that he's nearly 22 I can only advise, but he's still doing it so I'm a bit nervous this morning.

The 5x50 Challenge is over half way now and I'm averaging 50k per week, so definitely meeting targets and exceeding them. I was awarded a badge on my Fitbit as apparently since Xmas I have walked to Hawaii! (Wish I had!)

Hope everybody with ailments is on the mend. I apologise that I lost my way a little bit over the last couple of weeks and I'm not sure where everybody is at now. Nevertheless I wish you all well.

My last bit of exciting news is that we have bought Phil an electric wheelchair and it arrives today. I'm looking forward to playing in it and chasing the dog around!

I can't remember if I posted this earlier in the week. I am very specific about what is a girls job and what is a guys job. Building a shoe rack is not, I repeat NOT a girls job. I was all proud of this when I built it, turned my back for two seconds and this happened. I hate the bloody shoe rack!!
