Well what a contrast yesterday was to the day before the fog never lifted and it was cold and murky,one of those days when you got wet even though it wasn't raining...blooming 'orrible it was...so that was a reality check.One bit of sunshine and I think it's flip flop time

I did attempt to prune my Roses but as usual couldn't find my 'good' secateurs so attempted to use my 'duff' ones...made two cuts and gave up,I could have chewed them off and made a better jobso now trying to remember the 'safe place' where I've put my 'good' ones

Work shortly time for another cuppa...I do right caring for people with memory loss

Good morning everyone,

Gout is back, I had a pizza last night, must leave tomatoes alone! Have taken some ibuprofen and rubbed some volterol in just hope it will go off as somehow or other I have to walk Amber. Steve has gone to work.

AB hope your back is on the mend this morning and everyone else is in fair dinkum. Have a good day all.

Filum was brill yesterday, apart from the trailers, why do advertisers think that just because you're going to see an animated movie you must be a kid?

Not a single child in the cinema, in fact half the audience were pensioners yet we had to sit thru 20 minutes of stuff like Peppa Pig

Was ist das? Wendigo. this is new to me! Still got the gout, said to Steve that Amber would have to use the garden as I couldn't manage to walk her. He very grudgingly gave me hell about tablets etc and then said he would take her! Mission accomplished! ;-)

No Wendigos round here Zigs and if one turns up it'll get the same 'voice of doom' treatment dogs, kids and the OH get when they misbehave Mind you, we're taking the dogs up the forest this afternoon so I'll keep an eye out for any hiding there

Ey... had a bit of a ding dong with my boss today...it's something I never fall for as a rule and usually avoid any conflict but the lady was wrong so I politely put her right that woman would cause a row in an empty house...anyhow all sorted now and harmony has been restored ish...

Must take the 'girls' to bed ...I must ask on the Livestock forum if others have to put theirs to bed,mine all congregate at the back door and stare at me until I take them even when it gets dark they're the daftest chooks I've ever heard of but lovely lasses all the same
