Very short of breath this morning. It's this darn COPD. My gout is slowly improving. I was hoping to be back to normal today but not yet.

I woke this morning with a stinking headache and a coughing fit can't make up my mind whether it was my pillows or my sinuses(feel a bit lurgiefied myself) or the bag of chocolate money I found from Christmas stashed away and decided to scoff the lot before bedI knew I was tempting fate putting away the cough mixtures that have been decorating the worktops for weeks,out it comes again.It's like when I roll the hose up in the garden and disconnect the pump on a good sunny day then you can bet your bottom dollar the rain comes...

Ooo a nice Cuppa tea would be good AB

Right I'll set too shortly and give the chooks a good clean out that'll clear my sinuses

Good evening folks..hope everyone is having a good weekend so far..well the snow has come and gone here..chilly evening though..Didn't do much today but did manage to go to have a look around Homebase well i say look around i bought solar lights for attaching to the garden fence..I thought i managed to sneak them into the basket when the wife was chatting away to here friends but she soon let me know in the car about the solar lights..well its Saturday night so few glasses of wine in front of the tv for me..Enjoy the rest of your evening folks
