Sunny this morning and the wind has died down now. Was going to paint the bathroom today as I did all the prep yesterday but think I'll cut the grass instead as it's supposed to rain for the rest of the week

All of you that have had the wind I hope it's eased off now...(you can take that one how you like)
Amazingly no damage here apart from the bird feeders going for a Burton .It's a bit calmer here but that breeze is still too strong for my liking.

There's lots to be getting on with out there but I really dislike working in the wind,I've really got a 'thing' about it looks like I'm going to have to get used to it though as it doesn't look like it's going to let up for a few days yet..1..2..3.. and breathe

Just been out with Amber it is getting very dark now and that wind is bitter and is a lot stronger than it was first thing. I hope you have all had a good day and not overdone things in the garden. Have a good evening everyone, I will say Goodnight to you all now.

Night night sleepy sleepy!!! I'm a bit late today! But thought I'd post anyway! It's been a much better day today, the weather has calmed & little B is back with the rest of the hens, I didn't like keeping her in as i feel she needs to be in the flock but I couldn't risk leaving her out in the strong winds!
That blinking weather really got under my skin, but I'm back to my normal perky self!
I'm looking forward to hopefully getting sometime off over the weekend, I want to spend sometime with hubby & do some gardening ( !) I must get some carrots in, I'm really behind with those. My sunflowers on the bathroom window ledge are going really well, hubby is enjoying those!!!!! NOT apparently he can't close the blind, it's ok the glass is frosted it's ok!!!
@LyndaG tomorrow is Thursday I hope with the excitement you can sleep!!!
@Lolimac im so pleased you didn't get to Aldi It was so disappointing, I think this week will be better.....I'm sure we will let you know tomorrow .

Good Morning everyone, Just walked Amber she has had a whale of a time with a 9 month old boxer, tired them both out. Made her a bit dirty but nothing a wet wipe wont wipe off. Have a lovely day all and don't go overdoing things in the garden.

It's been quite a manic week here in Chateau Chaos and I can't believe it's Thursday already. I'm just starting to get my breath back this morning before a busy weekend. The 5x50 Challenge is 5 days in and all going well only 45 days to go. Baldrick doesn't know what's hit him and I have visions of him soaking his paws in a bowl of water at the end of each day and nursing his swollen cankles, lol.

@moyra @shiney @wiseowl is everybody feeling better including the wives of the guys (sorry, that wasn't a very well formed sentence was it?) sending healing wishes to you all.

It's nearly Easter. Oh deepest, deepest chocolate joy, lol. Happy Thursday all x x x

Lovely and sunny and much calmer today,hoping to get things done without being buffeted around the garden

Everyday now you can see the difference in the trees,all coming back to life...There's two Blackbirds less in the garden one yesterday afternoon and another this morning.Harry the Hawk was too quick for me to do my dressing gown dance I wonder if he notices me waving my fist around and cursing him probably thinks 'here she goes again'

Oh Moyra I'm so jealous! I wish when Baldrick the Mud Magnet got grubby when playing with other dogs I could just wipe him with a wet wipe! It's a major operation in this house, lol x

Raining here so I'm glad I cut the grass yesterday. Well most of it anyway as the mower packed up when I'd only got about three quarters done. So it's going in for a service and overhaul

What a lovely walk for Amber, Moyra. I love seeing dogs running around having fun

Hope Aldi doesn't disappoint this week Beckie and Lynda. I don't know how you fit everything in Lynda. I'm exhausted just reading about your days

Shame about the blackbirds Loli, nature can be so cruel
