      Aloha everyone,

A nice sunny morning and not too hot. I've got to get started on the mowing and hope to finish it before the forecast rain at 4 p.m.

Neighbour's house is up for sale for silly money!! :hate-shocked: They want to move to Worcs/Glos area so it should leave them with a nice amount in their pocket.

Keep well and have a great day

      Aloha!

          Afternoon one and all :spinning:

Just popped my head around the door, to say 'hello' :rasp:

Just a mild drizzle here, and I had just gone out in the garden to do some work. Had
to rush the washing off the laundry line. Not all dry anyway, quick spin in the drier
and they can be put away.

Really been out of things, my doctor/pharmacy made a cock up with my medical
dossett box, did not realise that I had no tablets to take me from last Sunday onwards, it
took the pharmacy until late Tuesday p.m. to get them to me. I had a few spares
of some tablets, but the ones I really needed, my anti-depressants and thyroid tablets
were not taken for 3 days, (if you do not take the anti-d's on a regular basis, they mess
with your head) I felt as though I was woosie, my eyes were not in sync with my
head, headache, seeing demons when I wanted to try and get some sleep.I have
never felt so bad, I could not even drive the car. I spoke my doctor, she said it
was not here fault, so I shall ring the chemist early to make sure my tablets
are done on time.I feel a bit more human today. :wow:

Ah well, off to an evening of pampering, my friend is having a Neal's Yard organic
          night. ;)

Take care all the poorly people, anyone else keep drinking the Prosecco :imphrt:

Hi @liliana I'm sorry you have depression. I hope you can get back on track with your medication.
When I had it in the past the side effects from the medication made me feel worse than before I took them, so I just put up with the depression until it cleared. It was horrible - worse than any physical pain. I can sympathise with you whole heartedly ...
                Enjoy your evening

                  Evening All

Another busy day today; had to drive to the local city to pick up some newsletters which needed delivering around our village because the person who usually does it, couldn't. I had Google'd where the building was and Mr "M" and I drove over but couldn't find the building :th scifD36: We had to stop on yellow lines to try and find the building and I told him it was a green building ... and it was: we were so busy looking on the right hand side of the road I hadn't noticed we were stopped right outside it (left side of the road) :roflol:
Went inside to get the newsletters and waited patiently ... waited a smidgen less patiently for a little longer ... [IMG] ... until finally the people in front stopped chatting and noticed me standing there [IMG]
Ok, that part finished zoom-zoom-zoom back to the village [IMG] to begin delivering (this time on foot). I think it is only when you walk around somewhere with a purpose that you suddenly become aware that it isn't quite as small as you first thought it was :heehee: Then, you begin to form an appreciation for postmen/delivery people because it doesn't take too long to realise that some people have a peculiar habit of either a) not having their house number/name visible (overgrown plants being one culprit ... but, oh so pretty ones, in lots of varieties and colours; some scented, some not); or b) only have a house name (when your delivery list only has numbers) as do several of the immediate neighbours so you have to turn detective/retrace your steps a few times to work it out ; or c) have no visible letterbox :gaah: by which time you have a fair few ideas of alternative places to stick it! :mute:
Took far, far, longer than I had anticipated but at least the job was done :phew: An unexpected bonus from doing this was seeing other people's front gardens and the variety of ways they were "dressed", so, once home I jotted down a few ideas ;) Timing was fairly good too because once I was home and was having a cuppa the drizzle began outside :heehee: Think I might put something warming on my knee, got a bit of a twinge now :th scifD36: ...

                  @liliana - :cmonhug:

Healing vibes for all in need of them and miles of smiles for all xxMxx

@"M" I'm pleased you got the newsletters delivered eventually  ... and I've just realised this house hasn't got the number on it properly.
We got it done on a little slate tablet and I propped it up on the windowsill for the time being, but that was several years ago and I haven't got round to fixing it on the wall yet ( I keep putting DIY jobs off because I'm useless at it :help:)
I hope it's still there. I haven't checked recently. Maybe someone has stolen it.

@wiseowl :snorky::snorky::snorky::snorky::snorky: It's good to smile  Someone once told me I'm a very smiley person :) but I've always thought I'm miserable :hapydancsmil:I enjoyed your poem :yay:

However, I don't feel like smiling this morning. I've got an awful headache. I had it yesterday too, and even though I took painkillers, it didn't go away.
                      Maybe it will today :spinning:

Have a nice day everyone

                            Aloha everyone,

@"M" when Mrs Shiney goes past, or into, someone's front garden and sees a plant she likes she always asks for cuttings. It's amazing how generous they are.

Inside my head I'm always cheerful but it rarely seems to reach my face. :)

@moyra and @liliana and @Michael Hewett and @zig and all of those feeling under the weather, I wish you better soon :grphg: My cough etc. is a lot better and I've just got my old man's aches and pains :old: from overdoing things. :heehee:

I'm still trying to catch up on the mowing after returning from holiday but other things keep getting in the way . I'm hobbling a bit with a bad ankle, my fault :wallbanging: but it's not too painful.

I was out in the garden at 5 a.m. watering all the plants under cover. It only took an hour with the hose! :rolleyespink:

I was watching Hilary Clinton's acceptance speech before that. An hour of very clever rhetoric. I wouldn't have minded having the contract for supplying the balloons that were dropped from the ceiling afterwards. There were tens of thousands of them!

Keep well and have a great day
