        Morning all:spinning:

Pinch, punch, first day of the month, white rabbit. (where did that all come from)?

Still a short month, one month nearer Spring

Off to the hairdressers, how exciting:noidea: still has to be done.

OH has been complaining about an itchy back for a few days, used various creams, could
not find anything significant, when I was helping him dress on Sunday, now found blotches
on his chest, thought about all the usual things that could be the cause. So now
am going to have it checked on Tuesday, as he has a routine visit. Just when
I was saying about him having to moan about :noidea: Ah well.

Flipping very windy overnight, still too dark to see if there is any damage.:fingers crossed:

Well, have a happy day everyone  And don't let your knicker elastic twang :snorky::snorky:

        :imphrt:

              Good Morning Folks,

We had a lovely meal last night. My uncle was on fine form, his meds are certainly keeping the Parkinson's at bay at least for the time being, long may it last :fingers crossed:.
My brother seems to be feeling much better thank goodness, he's going into work this morning I'm not 100% sure that's a good idea, although part of me thinks some normality might be a good thing :noidea:.
Very windy here, no rain as yet.
I'm working today but not before I've had half an hour in the garden :hapydancsmil:work can wait! :ouch1:.
I hope you are all ok, please stay safe & warm. Have a good day :grphg:

Oh my goodness @wiseowl, that could have been a lot worse, just glad that your Son is ok and not too badly injured. I would suspect though that later he will have some after effects from it.

@Beckie76 so glad to hear that your Uncle was in good form and that your Brother is doing well too. I agree sometimes normality helps us to spur on.

Hope everyone has a lovely day :spinning:

Oh gosh  @wiseowl what a frightening experience for your son. I'm pleased to hear your son isn't badly injured, I hope he's taken some time off work this morning to get over the shock.
                      Hugs to you both :grphg:

Thanks @Beckie76 yes he has come home now and is going back in the morning,I have called a family meeting for this evening;) that's 3 sons 3 daughters +one son who lives in Dorset who knows already, asking them to use the home phone in future,as texts and emails are no good to yours truly in a family emergency, so that will be 8 for dinner round the table and no elbows on it:lunapic 130165696578242 5:

All mobile phones to be turned off before they enter the nest:whistle:

                          Good day all.

I will be on the road in about an hour to flip over the border to pick up some books a friend ordered. Will also buy a few items while there but their dollar costs us 40% more than ours at the moment so spending will be on a miserly scale.:frown:

Going to quick put up another ceiling fan in the greenhouse before I go as the one in there is spinning far too quickly when the sun puts it's full power on the solar panel. I've got the output on a timer but still need to spread out the power.:)

Hope everyone has a wonderful rest of the day!

I hope you can get them trained to remember which line to call. I have the same situation here. I have a flintstone cell phone (flip phone) and I have no intention of investing in a smart phone until it dies. I rarely use it as I bought it to use in case of road side emergencies. I only turn it on every 3 or 4 days to see if it is charged. My land line is my main means of communication either by telephone or my internet connection. Got all trained except for oldest grandson, still working on that.:)
