Good Morning everyone, hope all poorly backs are on the mend.
Cold one this morning but as long as it is dry that is fine with me.
Have a good day all, stay warm and dry and above all safe and well, God bless.:wub2:

        Good Morning,

What a lazy old woman I'am, I'm tucked up in bed with a cuppa! I got up at 6 decided I was still tired & came back to bed! :heehee: Like I've got time to be in bed....oh well work can wait!

It's snowing here, I've got the curtains open & the window on the latch so I could hear the morning chorus clearer:)

I hope you are all feeling much better :blue thumb:.

Kev is going to have a look at a hedge cutter tomorrow, he's eyeing up the conifers! They are far too high again! I've told him he can cut the hedges now or not until the end of July because I get a lot of birds nesting in the hedge, one has to keep ones priorities in order!

Enjoy your day folks, stay in the warm if you can. :)

Loli says ello, she'm got no computer at the moment

Ooo, glimmer of sunshine poking thru now :fingers crossed:

Have a good day everyone :)

            Good day everyone
It's a cloudy day and again very cold here which means that we are using up another of the last few bitterly cold days of this winter

Picking up youngest son Darryl in a couple of hours to go across the border. He is quite excited about picking up his new equipment and supplies for making fishing lures.

@shiney I am interested in how you are getting your solar panel stats. I had ordered a charge controller with a display only to have it arrive working but without the display so still unable to know what power is being generated.

I hope all of those on the mend, do so quickly. There's gardening to be done!

            And please be careful everyone.

@CanadianLori I have a Blue Tooth linked Sunny Beam Monitor (linked to the inverter).

I link it to my computer and download the stats. :blue thumb: 18.13 kWh yesterday - it's rubbish today!

                  Good afternoon everyone

Enjoyed a wonderful woodland walk this morning with Mr "M" and Ozzy while the sun was still shining and stopped off for a cuppa before heading home. Ozzy was given a sausage to keep him amused while we had a cuppa :coffee:

Back home just in time to get a Skype message from #2 son. He's enjoying teaching in Spain sooooo much, he's counting the days until he is home again  He may regret not fulfilling the full potential of that opportunity one day, but, you can't put an old head on young shoulders :wallbanging: As things turned out, the parcel arrived that he had sent to me for Mothering Sunday and he *insisted* I open it  ... the latest Coldplay CD  :wub2: I needed some new tunes for the car.

Meanwhile, Mr "M" collected today's eggs and either Margot or Fogherty is back in lay because I got my first blue egg of the year :dancy: When I say egg, it looks more like a torpedo shape than egg shaped, but it will taste just fine.

@Zigs - give Loli our love when you speak to her next; hope she gets a computer sorted out soon (or a smart phone?). She is missed.

@CanadianLori - safe journey across the border!

Healing vibes for those of you still under par and miles of smiles for all xxMxx

I think it cost something under £100 but don't know whether they still make that model.

I'm sure there are cheaper versions that will display on your computer and without the fancy display screen that mine has. :)

                          Aloha everyone,

I'm feeling a lot better this morning but can't quite do this :hapydancsmil: but can do this :heehee:

@"M" for us Mother's Day means that we shan't go out for a meal! :snork:

If we're not busy on a Sunday we usually go to a very good Indian (not the one you know) that does a fabulous 'buffet' on a Sunday. They call it 'buffet' but it's a set meal, cooked individually for you, and is so much food that we take away what's left over for another full meal at home for another day (sometimes two other days :blue thumb:). £12.95 a head.

I've already cooked the curry for tonight.

I hope everyone has a brilliant Mother's Day

                          Aloha!

                            Morning all.

Been outside and fed the chickens. It's a bright sunny start here, with a cold north wind thrown in for good measure, typical March really.

Hope this Mother's Day finds you all well. Both our daughters will be visiting us today, to make a fuss of their mum of course. :)

Took the dressing off my hand yesterday, looks as if it's healing nicely, just needs time now. I'm itching to get back out there in the garden, there's plenty that needs doing, but I'll have to be patient.

Glad you're feeling better @shiney, hope the improvement continues. :dbgrtmb:

                            Have a good day everyone.

Good Morning everyone and Happy Mother's Day to all you Mums out there. Bought a small turkey joint for our dinner today, that with broccoli/cauliflower cheese and a few roast potatoes should do us nicely.
Shiney and Trunky glad you are both recovering, do takes things steady though.
