Good Morning everyone, None too bright this morning and I think we are in for some more rain. Must get Amber out early. Shiney, hope your leg isn't too bad today and WOO hope some of that bouncibility has returned. Lili, hope you are feeling a bit better also today and Becky hope the broody hen soon gets over it.

Have a good day all, stay warm and dry, if you can because it is suppose to be colder and wet today and above all stay safe and well. God bless.

        Aloha everyone,

I hope that you're all feeling better on this soggy morning. :blue thumb:

I got quite a lot of pressure hosing done yesterday and was still doing it when the heavens opened. So I decided that I would still continue until I'd finished the area I was doing.

I then moved two blowaways to that area, went indoors, removed all my soggy clothes and then looked out of the window. One of the blowaways and been blown over into the flower bed! So, back out there (with clothes on :heehee:) and I found a paving slab, 3' x 3', and carried it to the blowaway (:nonofinger: form Mrs Shiney :dunno:) and sorted it out. My back was OK but my leg started hurting, but is better now :dbgrtmb:

@Zigs say hello to Willow for us. :)

If the rain eases up today I'll carry on with the pressure washing. Sarafi is not impressed when I get the pressure washer out. ;)

Keep well and have a great day

        Aloha!

          Good day everyone,
I have been very busy with work or out of town the last few days and am happy to see that everyone is getting or staying well. I have lots of work to accomplish this morning and then I hope to be outside this afternoon moving plants into the unheated greenhouse to harden off.:)

We are expecting absolutely wonder weather for the next week. Temperatures during the day in the mid 50f up to the mid 60f range and night time lows not dropping below freezing and also plenty of sunshine every day but Tuesday

I'm going to start working everyday at silly o'clock so that I can spend my afternoons outside:yes:

Have a good day everyone. Keep safe!

            Good afternoon,

What a terrible day weather wise, it's rained here almost all day, I hope the weekend will be dry :fingers crossed: & hopefully we will all get to see some sunshine

I had a little look on the Thompson Morgan website at lunchtime, just for some ideas, now my head is in a spin thinking about plants! :heehee:

I popped to Aldi last night to get some more begonias....a girl can never have too many! I also bought some red geum...lord knows where that's going but it's pretty so I'm sure I can fit it in somewhere! I also bought a clematis to grow over the old tree stump in the garden, I thought it would look nice with the ivy which grows on there :)

The hens have scraped up some of my tulips :paladin:, I think it's time to fence off the flowerbeds.

Coffee break is over so I must dash, I hope you are all ok & have had a good day.

            Enjoy your evening :dbgrtmb:

Bit nippy this morning but the rain has stopped :phew:

Off to Salisbury to see Willow this morning, I may be some time.

2 of Noisette's cucking squirt cumbers have come up and I have an evil plan for both of them :snorky: DSCI0168.JPG

Have a good day everyone and don't enter the box unless your exit is clear :spinning:

                  Aloha everyone,

It's a bit on the dull side this morning with more rain forecast and a heavy frost tonight. Note to self: check that plants that are left outside are frost hardy, close greenhouse door (leave open just enough for Sarafi to squeeze in as it doesn't have a cat flap :heehee:).

This afternoon we are off to the birthday party of our great grand-niece. They're supposed to be having a BBQ  . This evening we're off to a charity quiz with a fish and chip supper. I'll have to work on getting my brain in gear after the party. :)

Keep well and have a great day

                  Aloha!

                      Good morning,

Overcast & windy here, but that's ok with me because I have some work to do, tomorrow the sun must shine or at least it must be dry so I can get on with the garden :hapydancsmil:, I'm starting to think about my pots & baskets :).
I'd like to get on with those now :dbgrtmb:, they can stay in the front porch for a few weeks before I move them into the unheated greenhouse :blue thumb: at the end of May.

@wiseowl I hope you are feeling much better & your bouncibility has returned? :hapydancsmil:

@shiney I hope your leg & back are improving everyday & you are not over doing things? :)

@Trunky I hope the wedding plans are coming together :ccheers:

Morning all. Cold and mostly overcast here, but at least it's stopped raining.

Frost forecast for tonight, so I'll be shifting a few things indoors from the greenhouse this evening. The tomato and pepper plants will have to spend the night on the kitchen table, always goes down well with Mrs Trunky when I do that.

No wedding plans yet @Beckie76. I don't think they're in any hurry, they're having some work done on their new house later this year, and will probably want to get that out of the way first.

Hope everyone is well, have a good weekend and stay warm.

I have to BRAG - we've got only one afternoon of rain forecast for the entire week and outside of that time the guessers are saying we shall have sunshine! Excitement! :hapfeet:

@Zigs please tell Willow that Canada says hello. I hope you have a super time together. :)

Going to be working for a little while and then I'm outside. Oh this is just too wonderful having this mild sunny weather - I hope I can send some your way :spinning:

                                Evening late people.

It's way past my bedtime, but I've promised to pick Mrs Trunky up from her hockey club's end of season 'do' tonight, so just killing time and drinking tea to keep me awake until the appointed hour.

She sent me a text earlier to say she found out she was the team's top scorer this season (with 4 goals :snork:), so I think there's probably been a little celebrating.

More importantly, the tomato and pepper plants have been removed from the greenhouse and are safely installed in the kitchen to avoid tonight's frost.
