    Morning all:spinning:

Flipping cold, 2 pairs of leggings, thick jumper and Fleecy gilet (oh and all the
usual underneath). I have one hot hand and one cold, both legs are shivering.:yikes:

Shadow finally settled down on his blanket next to my side, he is slowly learning
commands, but he will take a flying leap at me when I am on my chair, and then
he wants to nuzzle all over my neck and face, :nonofinger: then once he has settled, he snuggles
into the crook of my arm and goes to sleep.:heehee:

Going to venture out much later to go shopping, hopefully will get above 5 degrees
    plenty of cocoa today.

Have a safe day, keep wrapped up warm.

    :imphrt:

      Morning early people :)

Seems to have been a bit of rain overnight, so should have taken out the frost, not ventured out yet though.

Gardening job went well, should be a regular thing  Got tea and biscuits :)

Translated some of the money into some stained and etched glass in the pub last night, and the webmistress on the other, other forum bought me some lead cames for Christmas so a new window will be underway soon :phew:

Have a good day everyone and don't spill bleach on your trousers :)

        Gooooooood morning! :spinning:

@moyra - yukky! Mr "M" has a cough/cold at the moment too and its not shifting, so you have my sympathies :grphg:

        @Zigs - there's another forum??? :th scifD36:

@liliana - gosh, you sound wrapped up like an old emersion heater! I am very fortunate that one of my friends from China gave me a parting gift before he returned home. He had a little trouble translating it but, at first sight, I thought he had given me a pair of pyjamas and not particularly feminine either :th scifD36: However, what he had actually given me was a set of trousers with matching top which he'd brought from China and they are THERMAL :dancy: Not only thermal, but the very best kind (not like those silly items that go under that term in the UK :nonofinger: ) Cor, makes these early morning walks a cosy outing rather than a shivering ordeal! They may not look glam, but they are my most treasured item in my wardrobe :wub2:

A very fresh but sunshiney day here at "M"-land.

Healing vibes for those in need of them and miles of smiles for all xxMxx

                Good Morning

I had mobile phone troubles yesterday at work so I couldn't get on the forum at tea break, apologies for not checking in yesterday morning, phone back in working order now, although I must confess I'm sitting on my iPad in the kitchen in my PJ's at the moment!

Chilly day here, very frosty but bright. No snow thank goodness!

I have a lot of wild birds in the garden this morning, I think they are after the dried mealworms I've put out for the hens!

I'm off to work with Kev shortly, he's already gone, I opted for a lay in this morning :snooze: really kev could have done with some extra sleep too he's very tired at the moment, too much work but you can't tell these men! :nonofinger:

I suppose I'd better get a move on :hapfeet:thermals, gloves, hat, scarf & thick socks will be today's outfit!

Enjoy your day folks, drink plenty of tea & sit by the fire or radiator if you can! :grphg:

                  Morning early people :)

Bit warmer and cloudy here today.

Hoping the camping shop in Charmouth is open, got the wrong gas cylinder yesterday and the shop here will be shut today

Have a good day everyone :)

                    Morning WW'ers

Grey today and cooler than I'm comfortable with but, gives me a chance to strut my stuff in my Chinese thermals :heehee:
@Zigs hope you have a productive trip to Charmouth - take your camera so you have something to do should the shop be shut ;)
@Beckie76 - oooh mealworms! Crack cocaine for hens :lunapic 130165696578242 5: no wonder you have so many birds in your garden :heehee:
@moyra - hope your cold is easing up a bit

I've got a hospital appointment early tomorrow so I need to get things organised here (and raid the piggy banks for enough change for the excessive parking charges).
Have an appointment on Skye later today with #2 son  which is always amusing (he has a way with words :heehee:).

Healing vibes and smiles of smiles to all xxMxx

Had to have a cuppa so made a burner using lamp oil :coffee:

Well, a good-news-bad-news kind of day in the end.
Bad news: my little Old English Game bantam hen has gone to the Big Coop in the sky :chicken: :cry3:
As is the way with chooks, she showed no signs of being poorly :dunno:
Good news: had my first egg of the year (stoopid chooks! As if they can replace her *that* fast!)
Anyway, I'm going to try fermented feed for them (something I was reading about and worth a try, at least) so I've set up my first batch and we'll see how it goes. Only trying a small amount to begin with but it is supposed to have benefits and anything which is good for them is surely worth a go.
Managed to get other jobs done in the garden while I was out there and now its feet up time :coffee:

Glad the weather is warmer for you @shiney

                              Morning all:spinning:

                              'M' what a shame :cry3:

Should have taken OH for a 9am opticians appt, he is still in bed at 8.53, he got
up 6 times last night, so that means I am very tired this morning as well. :dunno:

It means I am really bushed for the rest of the day, I hate having to take it slower, but
I do not find it easy to be motivated.:gaah:

Just listening to the radio as well, now they are saying there has been some
match fixing in tennis I know there are crooks in everything ( as well as good), I
hope there are more stringent tests done for this year's Olympics.:wallbanging::fingers crossed:.

Off to make that phone call to the opticians.

                              Have good safe day.:imphrt:
