It is sunny this morning and not expected to get above 84f which is so lovely!

Granddaughter is still holding her own which makes Me feel sunny too

I've got lots of little chores to do and a favourite client is coming by to talk about making a dozen masks. Knowing her, they will be lots of fun to make as she is very creative. I'm looking forward to her visit.

Hello @moyra and to all who pop by, hope all is good in your part of this topsy turvy world we are living in .

As I have all I need and am expecting only maybe the postman, who has my written authority to sign for anything that needs it, out of deference for my frequent non-availability , nothing untowards or that is not safe can happen today. Just.... peace and quietude, housework and the internet. Bliss...

Good day
It is cloudy and the guessers are telling us there is a 70% possibility of much needed rain. I do have the main sprinkler system running but would still appreciate some rainwater to replenish the rain barrels which in turn fill the capillary receptacles in the greenhouses.

Granddaughter is still quite ill but now expected to recover. She will need to have an operation when she is strong enough. She is in diapers which are a strong motivating factor to keep trying to move her legs. She can't walk and really wants to get strong enough to at least get out of bed and shuffle to the loo.

I finished sewing another top yesterday and decided to make a hybrid pattern out of two that I have here. And I'll probably cut that out today and maybe sew it later. The fabric store had some really great deals on knits and stretch fabrics and we all know that knits are very forgiving with pattern experiments.

Might have bugs on them....I'm not keen on them anyway as some people read whilst on the loo!! Have used only our online County Library service for years now...and fortunately that has kept going throughout Covid restrictions.

 

And with people hoarding toilet paper, there also might be pages missing!

 

Oh gross ....doesn't bare thinking about.
Ok let's toss a coin for whose getting the retrieval task....rubber gloves and snorkel at the ready!!!
