Good morning all, nice to see you all in good spirits it’s my hubbys Birthday today, u fortunately he’s working this am, but we are going for a second viewing at the house we are buying (really we just can’t wait to have another look ). My aunties funeral is next Friday which I thought was quite fast really, so I’ve booked the afternoon off, hope you all have a lovely day and plenty sunshine please can you send some up here

I hope your hubby's birthday celebration is fun @Flumpy

It is cloudy right now but I can tell that the sun will burn through that lot fairly quick and we will then have a sunny day. It is supposed to get hot - around 90f - again.

I've got to get the last of the vacuuming and floor washing done shortly as the physio fellow is coming this morning for Sam's weekly session and I don't want to be making any noise whilst they go through the exercises.

I think I'll make some pastry this morning. At least the dough and get it all rolled out and cut and ready for baking on Monday when it is supposed to be a cooler day. I have a hankering for butter tarts!
