@moyra I hope your bones start giving you a break. I should send some fairies over with some of my CBD fudge. I only put tiny doses in each piece and it works for me.

Had a long night. Sam has to go for a colonoscopy at 1 today and the prep started last evening. It caused nasty pain and shooting pains that wouldn't stop so I took her to emergency and we didn't get back home until 6 this morning. We're still going back for the test as she feels the dosage of stuff she managed to keep down, did do the job. They did a ct scan and there is still a problem in her abdomen hanging on from before and what caused the need for this final invasive test and made the prep unbearable. Hoping this answers our questions and points to a definitive solution!

Then in the near future she has only the physio guy Saturday and a follow up consult for Monday.

Well, we got through the day yesterday and Sam is now resting quite comfortably.

I have some errands to run and today I get to pick up my new glasses. They have a very slight distance correction (-.25) but they are prescription and they also have the transitions darkening so I now have a free pair of high quality sunglasses for driving. And I picked out a nice frame too

It is a pleasant 72f and not forecast to go much higher which will make a lovely afternoon for puttering outside.

Looks like just you and I this morning. Wake up @Upsydaisy @Flumpy @shiney and everybody else. Its Saturday and a good day for finishing the week's chores and getting ready to have a casual Sunday!

I'm just doing some laundry today - all the clothes and then I'm goning to head outside and get rid of some of the dandelions in the lawn. Our town doesnt' use any weed killers on the boulevards or parks so lots of seeds flying about and naturally they thrive in a nicely watered environment like mine. So out they come!

Good morning all, sorry I’m a few days late, I had my aunties funeral Friday and day before my dad broke his elbow, he’s got a operation next Friday too, so been helping out cleaning and my brother took my mum for the groceries.

It’s nice weather here but very cold, so may stretch our legs today

Well, it sounds like everyone is having a busy time either being on the injury list or taking care of someone who needs help. A fine lot we are! Let's hope things improve for all of us.

I'm going to have my usual Sunday routine. Laundering the linens, changing bedsheets, puttering in the kitchen and watching my beloved Corrie street.
I sure hope Jeff gets his this week. They are dragging that storyline on forever!

Hi Lori, I did all my washing this am and as it’s a sunny day, I thought I’ll put my washing out, then our neighbor three houses down put a big smoky barbecue on so I’ve had to drag it all back in, some people are sooo selfish.

I like watching Emmerdale during the week, right now we are watching James Bond Golden eye.
