well Guys! We have just come back after gorging on a big carvery!, I was so hungry after all this food talk think I’ll have to do 5000 steps.

we went to Tesco and got all the recipe for the chicken casserole, but not making that today obviously

 

Mmmm! I love going to a carvery, we have two local to us ,but we prefer the one to the other. Now that it just us two we tend to go there to enjoy a good old roast rather than faffing around at home.

Hope all goes well at your hospital appointment today @moyra . I wouldn't worry too much about coming into contact with the virus there...I worry more about it being out in the general environment going undetected!

Right better get going as it's housework day on Mondays. Isn't it strange how we get into such routines...not sure how or why really. Perhaps it's because of a deep down need I have of feeling that I'm starting the week of clean and tidy!!! Mind you I'm not saying that I would turn down a more appealing way of spending a Monday morning.... if one is on offer!!

Late here today. Good afternoon!
I had the eggs and everything ready yesterday but nobody showed up. so I had to eat extra cookies..

I'm late because I've been working on filling out the forms and preparing the medical document for my doctor to sign in order to renew my registration with Health Canada to grow marihuana (yes, that's how they spell it!) and they will reject a form if a dot is missing so check 10 times and then print in triplicate. It is legal to grow 4 plants for recreational use but I start more than that because I don't pay the big money for feminized seeds and usually have to rip out at least 50% of the plants because they are male. So I apply to grow more in the first place by continuing to file my papers for medicinal use.

Then I'm going to play checkers with my sewing patterns. I cannot make up my mind which pattern for which fabric so I'm going to place all of the fabrics on my worktable and the patterns on top. Then keep switching the patterns about until I find a combination that makes me visually happy.

So, all in all, a very lazy day indeed!

I don't know what the weather is like yet as it is still almost dark and I didn't glance at the temperature as I was in a hurry for my first cuppa.

Got some driving to do today for friends who need a lift to physio and other fun stuff. And today I'll finish up tracing the last pattern I've printed out. Think I've got it sorted as to what fabric gets used for which pattern.. unless I see some other patterns I like

I may make some soil blocks and start some more seeds. Other than the hanging pots, I haven't got many left to start and good thing as there is no more room in the indoor cellar set up!
