Good morning all, it’s not been a nice week at work especially yesterday, the surgery behind us was on lock down thanks to some plonker, demanding to see a doctor after arriving back from Italy and saying they think they’ve got Coronavirus!, so the Doctor and Patient and son had to be sent away, the surgery is now shut for deep cleaning!, everyone knows to ring 111 and to stay at home, this man was a pilot with his son.

@Upsydaisy the wind was driving the flakes at high speed so that is why they barely showed up in the pic. It is sunny and we're already up to approx 25f -6c and looking to get up to around 40f 5c. Tomorrow is supposed to be even nicer at 10c and sunny but then we start plunging back down again.

It's like this every year here with rollercoaster weather so nothing to do with the times, just the same old same old. One day a wind breaker, next day a parka!

I've got laundry started and will do some tidying and hopefully will be outdoor puttering around in the afternoon. Albeit at a pokey rate. Still pretty stiff but I know if I don't keep moving, I'll definitely stiffen up totally.

Tonight we spring the clocks forward so I will only be 4 hours behind you!

@moyra I hope you receive a burst of good health. It sounds like you need a break.

Good morning everyone, got the call back to go back to hospital today at 3pm no food after 9am to have kidney scans.

@moyra I hope things go well for you today and also that there is no long wait to go through the test. I always get frustrated when doctors and hospitals make appointments and then are always running late. Yes, emergencies pop up but I am sure there are far less that affect these testing facilities than they pretend!

It is brilliant sun again today. And we are promised that the temperature will peak near the 50f mark! And my legs aren't quite as stiff as they were yesterday so I'll be able to putter more efficiently out there

Just got the main floor to vacuum and mop and two loads of laundry to do and I'll accomplish this easily this morning whilst listening/watching my beloved Corrie. Then it's outside

Good morning all. Thanks for all your good wishes. I was naughty yesterday. The nurse who did all the ultrasounding said I could go home but she was wrong apparently they were expecting me back in the unit. So I have to go back on Wednesday morning to be told all the outcome and what comes next.

Yes it's a super morning here too @shiney . I'm whizzing round doing all the housework chores as quickly as I can so as to have more time in the garden, but first I also have to have a quick dash around town too.

Naughty @moyra - as long as you were okay to go home, I'm glad you did.

It looks mostly sunny today. And we're expecting it to get up to he 50f mark. Such as nice break before the next deep plunge.

I'm meeting one of my girlfriends for breakfast today. She's the one who also sews so we have lively conversations about that. And next Monday, I meet some of my other girlfriends at the Canada Blooms gardening show. Mondays are now seeming to be the best day of the week
