Yes @shiney I am dreading the approaching cold snap and will definitely make the most of all this lovely sunshine. It will hit everyone quite hard I would think, not just because of the drop in temperature but also the staying at home bit too.
Anything seems possible/ manageable when the sun shines!

Got my car washed yesterday and polished on the inside

Got to go Tesco for groceries today, not looking forward to it, we’ve only two toilet rolls left because the shelves where empty last week , I really don’t want to be travelling to all different shops to get stuff, I just want to go to one place then home.

Good day. Wait it's still morning over there so, Good morning!

I can't see the sky at all. Even when I took the recycle to the kerb a short while ago and looked up, it was just black. I assume there are clouds up there. We are promised temperatures in the 40f today but as @Upsydaisy says, if there is sun, that makes all the difference and the weather guessers have said the clouds will clear out.

Got lots of bits and pieces to do outside so as to have a puttering day. The heavier work can wait for another day.

@Flumpy I'd give you some rolls of TP if I was nearby. I can always spare a square or more for a friend

Upsydaisy I’m feeling ok, just keeping getting this nervous feeling about going to work on Monday and facing all them germs, I was told by one of my colleagues, they are only wearing gloves and not face masks and because the dispensary is only small, they are not 6ft away from each other

 

Yes it is scary!!

We know a lot of frontline workers who are facing the same problem @Flumpy.

I feel very sorry for both my nieces as they both have 2 yr olds to consider and are both still required to work. One niece is in the Fire services and with most people at home now they envisage more callouts.

Our neighbours are a teacher and a Police Officer with 2 young kiddies....tough times indeed.

 

Blow that @Flumpy ..I'd wear a mask!!!

I know they claim that they offer little protection... but 'little' sounds better than 'none'...to me.

We ordered ours a month ago and really I have only worn it on visits my Dad...I also ' glove up' too!.
