And thank you for the cuppa @Flumpy! The skies look fairly clear but it is hovering just below freezing out there so I didn't do wander in my jammies out in the back yard this morning. And the weather guessers have said it will be raining this afternoon and then snowing tonight.

I should have a go at making more hot cross buns. Mine seem to come out a bit heavier than the ones at the bakery and I suspect it is perhaps because I need to reduce the cinnamon in the dough to help it rise. Maybe I'll try again later.

I hope everyone has a good Friday. It should be great for our shop owners. It is a statutory holiday and our premier has made Monday a holiday for those people too. He feels that they have lots of stress and need the down time

Hope everyone has woken up to another day of this.

We were also woken by the very noisy Woodpeckers.......it's amazing the sound they make and the fact that they obviously
don't suffer from headaches afterwards!!

My right arm is playing up terribly still ,the shoulder, elbow and the whole arm, it's been getting worse other the last month now and all I can put it down to is when I had to dig over my Dad's wildlife patch ...several times.
I am actually wondering if I've done something to my elbow as even the lightest touch is incredibly painful.
Never mind ,I'll have to wait until things calm down to get it checked out. It's very minor to what is going on around us.

But it's not going to stop me...weeding and some planting out to do this morning.....very awkwardly using my left hand, apparently it's a good source of exercise for the brain to use your less dominant hand!!
