I woke up without sore muscle so no fudge for me today @shiney, it is not needed Number one son turned up again last night- rang the doorbell and when I answered there was a family wave from the end of the driveway and a freshly baked apple pie on the porch

It is below freezing again. Looks like most things survived the high winds last night and that makes me happy.

I just placed an order with a hardware//automotive supplier near me and for pick up. I ordered light weight brown coloured tarpaulins. I want to make a new cover for the wood pile and the leftover from that for outdoor furniture covers for my daughter in law. That way, if it rains, they will simply only have to put the covers on instead of hauling all the cushions indoors. Course they are no good for winter, they would just create tents for mice so cushions and covers get stowed at the end of the season. I could have waited until the fall for the rest of the stuff I ordered but I figure this will keep staff employed as order pickers and also help the company turn over inventory and keep the cash flowing.

My to do list is not very aggressive so I know I have to do what's on it. Blah blah blah

What a lovely sunshiny day! Too bad it's only 26f.. The snow we got last night didn't stick so Mother Nature decided to give us a thick white coat of frost to replace it No matter, the heat from the sun will later help me get some outside things done.

Glad to hear everyone is well and I hope things stay that way

Looks like it will be lovely day but it feels like another cold one. It is 24f, what's that in C? Minus too much as far as I'm concerned but I know, it is only April. Another 3 or 4 weeks of frost. I worry about all of the perennials that have poked up. I hope they are sturdy enough to survive this cold snap.

I've almost finished my next little batch of face masks. 20 in total in various sizes from 3-6 year old up to big head. I should be finished by 9 this morning

Tomorrow is rubbish, recycle, bulk items and yard waste pick up day so I have lots to organize and get out to the kerb today.
