Sadly he's not saying it because of Mum's anniversary @Flumpy....we haven't reminded him.
He's just not 'with it' any more, and not really understanding anything.

@Upsydaisy I am sorry to hear your dad has gone downhill so quickly. It is good to know that he is, at some points, aware of his condition and mentally prepared to go to your Mom.

My aunt who is the last of her generation in my family and is two days older than the queen, and she told me years ago that she's had a good life and is ready whenever it's her time. She is now fading fast too. Her daughters cannot go and see her. Let alone me.

Although I think that the lockdown is going on a bit too long, at least over here, for the general public, I do know that the old folks homes are the most vulnerable and should remain shut down to anyone who is not a care worker. Your dad is fortunate that you facilitated him to still be in his own home up until now and where your sister can be with him.

It is going to be an absolutely beautiful day here so I want to get the last 110 face mask outsides cut first thing so I can go out and get some vitamen D later. Before we go back in the refrigerator.

We are expecting snow again by Thursday - yes, snow - this is not usual. Our last frost date is normally May 9th so having nights below freezing and snowing is pretty miserable.

I hope all of you have better weather than I am expecting and get to enjoy being out in fresh air.

It looks like a sunny day is coming my way however I won't be able to be out there for much of it. Work to do.

Thank you for all your kind words but it is not me who is being hurt by this lock down, it is my poor Auntie. Albeit, she is a strong lady so I'm sure she'll get through this.

I cannot believe that the weather guessers are putting our overnight lows for the next 8 or 9 days as below freezing. Yes, minus C - I don't want any more of this global warming thank you!
