Good morning
There are tiny bits of blue showing through the clouds and the guessers have told us there is a 40% chance of precipitation this afternoon and 60% for tomorrow. That would be nice as free water is always appreciated. And we're expecting more next Tuesday.

Half an hour after I finished the masks yesterday, my favourite client phoned to tell me that her fabric which is for recovering cushions for one of her outdoor furniture sets, had arrived and could she drop it off! This lady always picks cheerful fabrics and is a joy to work with. Plus this is the type of work I like so I will have some fun during the rainy periods next week

I have to venture out to do a little shopping today and also to pick up a lottery ticket. I am a gambler - I buy a ticket every draw pretty much without fail. Ever hopeful Lori

@Upsydaisy I see you have been a whirling dervish out in the garden. I need to grab some of your motivation but will use the rain as an excuse to let things be. I do have to clean the inside of the windows before finishing putting in the insect screens. Up until now, I cheated and only put a couple in so as to get some fresh air.

Morning everyone.......where does the week go!!!!!

I sympathise with you @shiney as my right shoulder and whole arm+ elbow are really causing me a lot of pain still. It's been like it for months now ,it woke me up last night when I turned on that side in my sleep. Take care.x

@Upsydaisy I feel for you. I had tennis elbow in both arms a few years back and thank goodness it was curable with a simple exercise I could repeat easily several times a day. But until it was mended, I had to take Naproxen to handle the pain. And I really hate taking pills so I was quite angry with myself for not thinking of CBD back then.

@shiney I'm sure the charity must be very grateful for all you do for them.

I have no idea what kind of day we're going to have. Last night the guessers said, rain rain rain. It is sunny out there right now!

Just finished hauling all of the recycle bins, rubbish, and bulk items to the kerb for today's pick and noticed the neighbour across the street must have put his rubbish out last night as the bag has been ripped and there are diapers, etc scattered. Raccoons. I never put anything out until the morning of collection because of them. Our green (food waste) bins have special locking mechanisms to try to fool the raccoons and they can even figure out how to open those. The neighbour will learn that pretty quick!
