Yawn Yawn Wakey Wakey 2020

Probably going back to sleep.... yesterday was the (broadcast) funeral of the murdered Garda. Colm Horkan . and an intensely moving and emotional day. with the entire country at a standstill. And last night there was little sleep with the weather... see you!

 

Good day
It will be another hot (90f) day but luckily there are some clouds in the sky so that it won't be worse when doing chores around the garden. I was pretty tired after being out in the sun yesterday and felt like I literally sloshed my way to bed last night as I must have drank a gallon of ice water! @shiney I believe that we are moving our week long heat wave across the pond to you. It is supposed to cool back down to the mid 70's after tomorrow.

Yesterday I spent a good couple of hours weeding out on the lawn, which now leaves a little less for me to do today. I'm going to make a couple of masks with that extra time.
I might even start on the downsized purse that I cut out as well.

Housework day here as is the norm for Monday's and for some strange reason I forget to check in with you all.

Me too @shiney , we are off out in a moment and it will see be way too hot out in our unshaded garden this afternoon.

Oops, sorry @shiney it is already gone from my area. It was only in the 60's this morning and lovely. And the weather guessers are 90% sure it's going to rain this afternoon. Perfect. I should be home after having met a client at the decorating centre, before it starts.

I will be picking up bags of garden soil on my way home -3 for me and 4 or 5 for my son around the corner. We both have lawns that need patching here and there. I won't get the seed and soil down before today's rain but I'll be ready for the next one

Aw....I sympathise with you ,hate to rub it in but having dinner in the garden under the sun parasol is lovely!.....blow the ironing!!

 

Just winding my day down; being up before dawn to "call home" means late afternoon to bed. A lovely refreshing day out here. Real summer and the flowers and vegetables doing grand now. Listening to the cats munching raw chicken... Have a lovely afterevening everyone

 

Golly it is hot out there, not that I have been out in it. Certainly too hot for ironing! Have a nice restful day everyone.

I have cancelled my colonoscopy as my haemoroids appear to have shrunk, thank God I wish I didn't have to go for the Renal appointment but that is not until November now.

The medication I am on is making me so sleepy. Mainly the T drug. Have a good afternoon all.
