Yes @moyra, most definitely! 'T' made me feel utterly exhausted back when I had to take it.
Take care and ' go with the flow '...rest up when your body tells you to.:blue thumb:

Another love day , stay safe and enjoy.:spinning:

          Good day
It is lovely and fresh this morning. All of the gardens and lawns were naturally watered for me yesterday and after a good night's sleep, I feel like I've been to the spa! I've got laundry to get done this morning and the breeze will assist with the drying.

@moyra I wish I could hand you some of my special fudge or Christmas cake to try. It sure helps when my hips start aching.

The fabric for my current job arrived last night and I'll cut the pieces this morning and start assembling the panels. I plan to only work for a couple of hours each morning and enjoy the afternoons outside. Weeding.. Oh, and also getting rid of the branches hanging into my yard from the neighbour's tree - it is a voluntary buckthorn that they have allowed to grow large. About the same mistake I made with the exception that they don't care and that is probably because they don't know. Not being familiar with them, I'm just minding my own..

Going to barbecue this afternoon too. All in all, an excellent putterday :)

I hope everyone has a lovely day and keeps safe.

@moyra it's part of this American website that GC uses that has a censor built into it. It censors some rather funny words as well! The previous websites that GC has used have not been able to take the amount of postings that this can. There are over a million posts here on GC! :yikes:

Mrs Shiney was put onto that drug but had to stop it almost immediately. She moved onto Gabapentin which is particularly for nerve pain and found it successful.

                  Good day
The skies are clear today and we aren't expecting it to get higher than 78f. Lovely :)

I'm working inside for the morning. Going to make those two reverse pleat drapery panels as soon as the boiler system is up to pressure. And launder the bed linens in between working at the machines. When I'm done the drapes and laundry, I'll have a quick vacuum upstairs and then I'm free to play outside.

Back to puttering and weeding. And I might just put the sun oven into use to make something for supper. I got clip on handles for the pots so that they are easier to take out of the unit as it gets pretty hot - around 350f.

Have a wonderful day and play safe!

Good morning Lori and all to follow. I didn't get any sleep last night it was too muggy. Took two extra T drug in the hope they would make me sleep but to no avail. Nice storm now so that will clear the air. Might catch up on some sleep later.
Have a good day, stay safe and well, God Bless. :wub2:

                      Aloha everyone,

@moyra I would be concerned at taking extra T as they can be highly addictive even at a low dosage. Taking more than the prescription dosage is strictly a No-No! If I remember correctly it's a Schedule IV drug and the strength of the prescribed dosage is important. @Flumpy would know a lot more. :blue thumb:

                      I wish you better :grphg:

I have lots of admin to do at home and documents to write  but shall be playing bridge this afternoon and evening :dbgrtmb:

                      Keep well

                      Aloha!

@moyra, I agree with @shiney ...as I said I use to take T and was instructed to stick strictly to the prescribed dosage...please be careful.

It was very hot last night neither hubs or I slept well, we were still up at 3:40 this morning and finally dozed off for a short while but up at just after 5.

Having all our windows open all night we woke to find a swallow flying through the house!!

As you maybe able to tell.....laundry is on my list of 'To do' today.

It is suppose to be slightly cooler here than yesterday....but certainly doesn't feel like it so far.

                        Enjoy your day everyone!:spinning:

                              Good day
It was a cool night and good for sleeping but stupid me was reading an interesting book to far into the night and I didn't get as much rest as I would have liked.

@Upsydaisy we don't take out our window insect screens until the first frost and they go back in after the last so I've had no interesting uninvited visitors. They must remain content with bombarding my vehicles. :heehee: The screens are a visible sign of just how much pollen and dust is flying about these days because I can see that I shall need to pull them out and clean them already this summer. I usually only wash them before stowing them and about the middle of July. It doesn't take long to wash them and in this weather only minutes to dry.

I've got a day of puttering and need to go to the shops for a few items that are advertised as being on offer at an attractive price and something I use regularly. So bargain buying for me

The skies are relatively clear and it expected to go up to 78f which will be lovely. I also had a :ideaIPB: moment last evening - I have one of those beach umbrellas that you stab into the ground and wouldn't it be dandy to move along with me as I keep weeding the back lawn :) Don't know why I didn't think of that before but it sure means that I can keep weeding on a hot sunny day for longer periods:thumbsup:

I hope everyone is having a lovely day. Play safe please.

                                Aloha everyone,

Yesterday was horrendously hot and humid at 93F.

@CanadianLori We tend not to have screens on our windows here in the UK as the insect situation is rarely bad, except in a few parts of the country. We don't open our windows much here in Shineyland as we have so many plants that the bees love that we end up with a house full of bees. Outside doors are kept closed at all times to keep out inquisitive cats and blackbirds. Kitchen and bathroom windows are open a small amount when we're in the rooms. We can then get the bees out as soon as they come in.

Off to the shops now. Just in the village. :blue thumb:

                                Keep cool

                                Aloha!
