YAWN, YAWN, WAKEY, WAKEY - 2021

Good morning everyone, Opticians at mid day not sure what state my eyes are in. Have been taking revision capsules for about 7 weeks now. I feel my eyes have changed but by how much? Do I still have Glaucoma and need to keep putting the drops in and do I still have cataracts in both eyes? Am I now able to have my glasses upgraded so that I can read a car number plate at 20 metres? I need answers to all these questions. Wish me luck, I do so want to drive again.

Good morning @shiney and to all who follow.

Another ' not bad day' ahead to enjoy.
After some appointments yesterday I did aim to fit in a bit more revamping but just couldn't manage even a short walk around the garden so had to make do with seed selecting and bulb sorting instead. Never seen our garden borders looking so tatty, really upsetting . Hubs did some ' tidying up and weed removal' ...but I do like to keep an eye on just what is being removed!!

Today we reorganised what we were planning on doing and have now combined it with when we attend another appointment tomorrow, so hopefully I'll manage to get out there and make a start on border no.2
But first a bit of housework is beckoning me!

Good morning everyone and thank you all for your good wishes. Well I tried to arrange hospital visits yesterday. One to Orsett hospital to check up on my Glaucoma and a second one to either Broomfield or Springfield Hospital to sort out dates for my cataract removals. They apparently are now quite thick and impeding my sight badly.

Hi Moyra, sounds like you are in good hands, my dad is now fully recovered and seeing very clear, you won’t even need your glasses once you’ve had it done . I’m currently suffering from a ear infection but have antibiotics, been quite run down due to constant staff shortages, two more days until our jolly hols
