          Good Morning everyone!!

Hope it all clears up for you soon @Flumpy.

Off out later looking over a soon to open new complex of apartments with in-house 24/7 care. Don't want to raise our hopes as they are selling like hot cakes ...but it looks like a stunning place and sounds ideal for my brother :fingers crossed:.

Have a great day everyone. :spinning:

I hope the apartments are suitable @Upsydaisy , it may give you some peace of mind if your brother could have one of those.

Brother's flat is being put up for sale tomorrow and we have successfully reserved an apartment on the new complex, they're fabulous, all white goods are included and special safety flooring ( carpeted and vinyl) to stop slips with feet and walking aids. Brother fully trusts our judgement and will go and see it next week. So very happy!!!!:hapydancsmil::yahoo:

Thanks Nick , both my sisters and I even said we wouldn't mind living there ourselves!! We have reserved him a ground floor two bedroom apartment that has its own nice sized outside patio area which has borders surrounding it that will be planted out ,this then looks out over the communal gardens ( not yet landscape as building is still in progress). It's not local to us like he is at the moment but it's not far, a short car journey and a very easy bus ride away. :dbgrtmb:
I'm so excited for him as his needs have grown considerably in the last year and this place will meet all of them for quite a few years to come. He will eventually need a nursing home to ensure his end of life care is met, but for now.......:hapydancsmil::yahoo:!!!!

Good Afternoon everyone, a bit late I know with checking in ....but I've supplied afternoon tea!!

Only just got back home from having 2 MRI scans, we had to leave home at 7:30 as it wasn't done at either of our 2 local hospitals sadly. My 1st appointment was for 9:15 so we had to make sure that we didn't get caught up in the rush hour. Coming home the M3 was getting a lot busier with loads of caravans and camper vans.

Now for a final tidy round before our eldest and his girlfriend come down this evening for the weekend.

Hope everyone has had a good day so far!!! :spinning:

Hi @Flumpy , yes it's about 4wks...well it was a couple of years ago when I had my last one. My next appointment with the consultant isn't until the end Sept so that's when I'll get the feed back.

                              How's your ear doing?
