Yes have to admit I thought that too after I had posted it, but I'm almost sure everything was fine.......well...

Just been listening to the radio and it's reported that there are seemingly loads
more spiders than usual around right now. We had a huge one scurrying across the floor in our snug room the other night, but so far that's all.
Thought I would have a spiders web this morning as they are truly a work of natural beauty and precision engineering at its very best.

Looks to be a good day out there, so I hope you all get a chance to enjoy it

Yes I know what you mean @shiney ...I hate when ,despite being very careful, you find that a leg dops off from a Cranefly too!

I use a designated glass and a piece of card to dispose of them safely ( well not always so for the poor Craneflies ) outside.

We have thick fog this morning, we can't even see the horses and the fields opposite at the moment !
But the forecast looks to be very promising ...eventually!

Think I am going to have a walk free day as I've woken up very achy indeed. A morning in the garden then I will invite my brother over for the afternoon......sounds like a good plan.

Good morning all, sorry I’ve not been around much, been doing overtime and less dinners, but I have been reading your messages

carpet fitters came this am, we are doing one room at a time upstairs, they all have hard floors which get very cold in winter, just got to set up our flat packed wardrobe and draws in small bedroom, we are going to use it as a dressing room.

what are you all upto today?
I’m cutting the lawn before the rain comes and tidying the climbing rose on the arch

Are you all soft underfoot this morning @Flumpy, I always love the smell of new carpets!!

My chosen image depicts what we should get to see a bit of this morning, but the way things are looking out there maybe not.

We only had that 10mins of rain about a week ago but nothing to really speak of since at least the beginning of July....we so need some.

Might go bulb shopping again this morning....can you ever have enough bulbs ?, that's my line to hubs!!

Yes the carpet is lovely silky soft, my hubby keep making an excuse to walk in there , we are now going to put together the new book case in our dining room, it’s white, has doors with glass in.

The weather here is grey today and looks like it’s been raining, I’m so glad I got the lawn cut yesterday and had my last sun bath
