YAWN, YAWN, WAKEY, WAKEY - 2021

Good morning everyone, hope you all had a great weekend.
I had a bad night last night ,the pains and accompanying symptoms in my right leg/ hip have now seemed to spread to my left too. Ended up getting up an hour after going to bed at 1:30am. I'm feeling a tad whacked out now.

On the plus side we're in for a super day so that is good .g

Good morning Upsydaisy so sorry to hear that, try and have a good sit in the sun and relax, it’s thick fog here and my hubby is staying off work with a cold and chesty cough, I’ve done Two covid tests and thankfully negative

Thanks Lori, I had hoped to get a bit more info tomorrow as I had an appointment with my Orthopaedic Consultant to hear the results of the MRI Scan I had 5 weeks ago but they phoned me this morning to cancel it as results are taking a lot longer to come through.......apparently.

There's also a shortage of vials for blood tests too and I've been having them every 6 weeks, my Dr is wanting me to have one now so that when I go and see the Immunology Consultant ( my blood is showing strange going ons too) in a few weeks time they will have up-to-date info...but they've run out completely and the next scheduled delivery is in the 1st week of October...so a quick solution isn't on the cards I think.

 

Well, I am more than a little speechless ... it doesn't seem to improve there much!

 

Sorry just seen you kind post @Flumpy thanks. I'm just very tired and fed up to be honest had this pain now since March 2020. I know I'm at fault for not going to my Dr until last November( there was too much going on that needed doing after losing my Dad) but that is now close to a year ago and I still haven't been given a diagnosis yet! I shouldn't be grumbling the NHS is under a lot of strain.

All will eventually get sorted.

Vicky everywhere is playing catch-up after the Pandemic. Not a lot can be done, I just keep reminding myself that there are people who are seriously ill waiting on appointments too.Their need is greater than mine .

Good morning to all.
Thanks @Flumpy ....not really that OK but feeling a tad more human as I did get a couple of hours sleep last night. As things stand at the moment that's all I can ask for, so all is good on that score.


We are filling the car with items from our loft to take to the tip today. Had hoped to take the trailer but that would be too much for hubs to load and unload. Only one person can leave the car to unload at the tip and no staff are allowed to help you ( like they use to before Covid) . We can only book one visit per week so it's going to be a long haul to clear out our loft!! At least a start had finally been made.

Have a fab day and make the most of this gorgeous weather......all good things eventually have to end.
