A tad frosty out there but hopefully it with turn out to be a beautiful day.

Lots of jobs planned...but in bitesize chunks for today as I'm sadly paying the price for overdoing it yesterday.

Good day
It is cloudy and cold (well below freezing) and the sun is not expected to show it's face today.

I've just taken the recycle and rubbish to the kerb and am sitting having a lovely cuppa.

Sam is up already and she and Dad are out in the greenhouse having a coffee and watching the snow coming down.

Not a lot of things happening today. I'm going to see a little old lady (she's at least 2 years older than me) this afternoon to help her figure out a decorating issue. She doesn't have much money and she doesn't realize the value of my work but I like her so don't charge the proper rate to disillusion her! Her condo building has a mandatory mask thing and I'm taking my sanitizing gel with me to use if by chance I touch any surfaces.

Good morning everyone.

Been awake since 3.45a.m. The dog woke me up being sick . Twice. So on my hands and knees clearing up the mess. I was cold as well.
Has a very weak coffee, half a teaspoon of coffee and a cigarette. Took some painkillers, back was aching too.. Went back to bed, dog looking very sorry for herself she sat on my bed for a few minutes then decided to get under the quilt. Cat was trying to play with the dogs silhouette, ha ha. Still awake at 5a.m. Still cold , so another weak coffee and half a cigarette. I only use decaffeinated coffee and Soya milk. Cat was trying to find the nipple on my neck ( don't ask ). She also likes to walk in front of the phone whilst I am writing. It's so quiet in the house, both daughter and grandson are fast asleep upstairs. It's nice to have some respite from the noise in the daytime. Both of them are under the weather. Grandson has lost the fourth tooth in as many months, daughter has had a cold that would not come out, now it has, yesterday her temperature got upto 38.9 degrees. So all in all its all go in my house. Still such is life, have to take the good with the bad. I don't sleep much at night, so grab my sleep during the day

Morning all, brrrrr another thick layer of frost here again .

.....I've just seen that we are forecast heavy snow tomorrow , they keep promising that and it all changes at the last minute.

Not sure of our plans ( if any) for today...just go with the flow!!! Might pay my bother an unannounced visit to check out his current situation, just in case our lane gets ( hopefully) snowed up tomorrow.

Has your daughter had a Covid test, don’t want to alarm you, but that’s how my son in laws started, cold like symptoms and high temperature

Good morning everyone! Hope your all wrapped up warm! It’s only 1c here freeeeezing. It’s my mum’s birthday today so going to drop her card round, only standing on her door step with face mask on, I’ve bought her snow boots and money . I have good news too, the probate has finally come through so hoping to hear from our solicitor next week to set a moving date yay!! Finally.
