    Thanks Dianne, strangely enough.... we put the heating back on this am and now all radiators are red hot thank goodness :hapydancsmil:thanks for all your help :spinning:

      Now that is really a relief for you, we actually ended up with a new boiler because some part had worn and British Gas turned up as we had a service contract with them..and they condemned it...:wallbanging:...it was not funny at the time being Winter, and because we were about to put it on the market to sell the property. So that's life, best safe and poor. haha..

                    Glad to hear it Shiney :dbgrtmb:, I’ve got a headache now after my hubby stressing trying to plumb in the washer into a fitted kitchen and now the door is wonky :sad: the joys hey :wallbanging:

                          Late again!!

                          How is everyone?? Hope you're feeling a bit better now @shiney
                          My migraine is now just a fairly manageable dull throb...so :fingers crossed: It's on it's way out.

                          Everything is taking me an age to do ....hence I 'm late to settle down and look in on here.
                          Just grabbing 5 mins. now while the washing machine finishes it's cycle.

                          Had a letter about my Covid jab this morning, but I will wait for my own surgery to contact me, :yahoo:

                          Typically it's clouding over how I have a basket of laundry to hang out .....rain was suppose to arrived around 8pm this evening.

                            Sunny here. Did some gardening. Migraine (mild) is back and feeling a bit sick but I shall go back outside for some fresh air.

                            Sarafi squeezed himself in through a gap in the back door when Mrs S opened it and is now headbutting me with his motor going very loudly. I've told him he's not allowed indoors but he pretends not to understand English. :cat-kittyandsmiley:

                              Hi all, sorry I’m embarrassingly late sorry :wub2:
                              We have just been building our six dining chairs and tomorrow we shall do the dining table :phew:.

                              Shiney congratulations on raising money, what charity does it go to?

                              Upsydaisy glad your migraine is easing, it’s horrible, I sometimes get it like Shiney where I can only see half of object or I’ll get this...... like looking through a moving Chrystal glass then horrendous pain.

                                I went out and did a bit more in the garden yesterday afternoon and my head eased up a lot. OK now :blue thumb:

                                It's a local Mencap charity that only gets funding from local donations and events. It originally was just for mentally handicapped children but over the years expanded to all age groups. Some of the original kids are now in their 40's and 50's.

                                In the last 12 months Mrs Shiney and I have raised over £5,000 for them from our plant sales etc. and around £50,000 altogether. It costs about £400,000 a year to run the place.
