Hi everyone I am sorry I have been AWOL but have been very down and depressed suffering a lot of joint pain. This has been since I lost Amber new year, it seems to affected me in such a big way. I will try and keep in better touch with you all. Thank you all for your concern.
I hope you are all keeping safe and well. God bless. M xx attachment Sunday.jpg

I was just about to PM you Moyra, so glad to see you, you know you can talk to us always, we are here for each other, very big hugs Moyra :grphg: ho Moyra, have you tried bathing in Epsom salts or rubbing Voltoral on your joints, my customers swear by it, but just check with your pharmacist that it’s ok with your medication :dbgrtmb::spinning:

Mrs Shiney uses that all the time. As it can work out fairly expensive bought in small quantities, and she uses it every day, she buys 5 x 5kg bags at a time. It's a lot cheaper for five and delivery cost is the same as as for one bag. She bought that lot some months ago and still has a fair amount left. :)

What strange weather , so many seem to be having snow, some of which was unexpected. We on the other hand down south are having great days but very cold nights..last.tonight we had -3 and tonight we can expect to dip down to -5.

I'm a bit hobbly today....think I'm being punished for my recent walking trips, so will take things a bit easier after doing a spot of housework this morning.:recliner:

Have a good day everyone .:spinning:

                  Aloha everyone,

We had frost this morning but a full day of sunshine was forecast. It's only just trying to break through - after about half an hour of just an apology for snow. The snow didn't bother Sarafi who sat outside the kitchen window the whole time. He is quite happy in snow and rain.

I'm not aching as much today so shall do some more gardening. The trouble with the gardening is that I feel fine whilst doing it and then it hits me afterwards . I try to set myself time limits instead.

                  Keep well

                  Aloha!

@moyra you might find that you can get in on prescription....my Dad once got Paracetamol via his Dr!!!. He didn't even ask for it as he was Ok with buying them, but his Dr just put them on repeat for him.!!

That's what I'm like too @shiney , I'm Ok when working and moving but set like cement when I finally stop!!

@moyra I can back up what @Upsydaisy says about Paracetomol on prescription when I had hurt myself. I was quite happy to buy them but the doc said that in the quantity I would need them (200) I had better have a prescription.

You could phone your surgery and ask for a telephone appointment and when you speak to the doctor tell him/her that the only relief you seem to get is from Voltarol and you can't afford it. The doc could prescribe a generic form of it that won't cost the NHS much. :blue thumb:

Hope you're well this lovely morning.
Looks as if we have a fine ( but nippy) day ahead with lots of sunshine ,so will definitely start moving all the indoor seedlings out to the greenhouse for their day trip out!

Not sure what else yet ,but can always find something that needs doing out in the garden.

Want to pop to the GC sometime for more compost and maybe another Blueberry.

                            Have a great day. :spinning:
