I am ok for Masks, I bought a load right at the beginning of the Covid scare in March 2020.

I couldn't get a chest x-ray any earlier than 20th May so I have postponed the blood test until the same day so I just have the one visit, then I have another appointment for 30th June for my chronic kidney condition and an appointment for my diabetic eye retinolgy check thats also 19th May too but not at the hospital its in some outer of the way Farm set up where they have a cabin unit. Shall be glad to get all these appointments out of the way. Take care all. xx

Mrs Shiney went to a special unit for her diabetic retinopathy test. It was in Chelmsford in a residential area in what I think used to be two houses turned into a clinic just for that purpose. Much more civilised. There was a layby outside with reserved places and when we got there, early, she rang the bell, told them she was there and they said they would come to the car to get her when they were ready. :)

Gosh where does the week go!!! Friday already, unbelievable !!!

Hopefully I'll manage to get time outside today ,as yesterday we decided to go into town to do various bits and bobs and ended up also doing the grocery shop as well....at least it's all done and dusted now.

Youngest son phoned to say that contracts had been exchanged......finally all 3 are now on the property ladder.

Glad you've got the dates booked for all your tests @moyra. Good idea to combine a couple , makes it much more manageable.:dbgrtmb: Hope you're steadily feeling a bit better every day now.

Have a great day everyone, try not to work to hard, as it says under my avatar...we should all stop and take in the environment and appreciate it. :spinning:

          Aloha everyone,

I got another 4 x 50 litre composts yesterday. I wanted six but I got there too early for anyone to be able to help me. So gave up after four. Lewis is coming this morning so he can unload the car. :)

I'll carry on remaking the lawn edges. I'm going to start singing 'Where have all the edges gone?' :heehee:

          Keep well

          Aloha!

Good morning all. Yes @shiney I find it strange to have a cabin set aside at Barleylands Farm for my test. Shall be glad to get it done though. 20th May seems a long time to wait for a blood test and x ray and if the medication works that I am on now it seems it will be a bit pointless. I am beginning to feel better already, my chest is much better.
Have a good day everyone stay safe and well. God bless. :wub2:

                Aloha everyone,

I've been to the health food shop to pick up money for the charity as they have been selling our honey for us. Traffic was awful!

Frost has gone and sun is out so I shall also be out. :heehee:

                Keep well

                Aloha!

:)Hi All, it started off blue sky here, no frost but been having the odd shower, in a way I’m glad because I cut my lawn last Sunday the put some lawn feed on, the lawn is in good health, no weeds or moss, so I intend to keep it that way. Going to the hairdressers for the first time in months, I’m starting to look like cousin it :roflol:, think they may need to get the hedge cutters on me :heehee:, I’ll catch you all later TTFN
