    Good day
As usual on a Sunday morning, I am puttering whilst my beloved Corrie airs six episodes. Before they started I checked my soil blocks to make sure the capillary system is keeping them watered and all seems to be well.

I've read parts of the morning newspapers. I decided to leave out reading covid related articles as they are becoming tiresome with their repetitious babble.

Bread dough has had a good beating and is now on the rise and I'll form it into rolls before the second rise.

Can't get nicer than this for a day when it is too cold to go outside anyway. :)

    Cheers :coffee:

Good morning everyone, I trust you are all well and Sam is progressing ready for her operation @CanadianLori. @shiney take it easy in that big garden of yours, don't go over doing it. :)

I am still struggling with the residue of a cold and a lot of that is because of the loss of Amber having pulled me down.:cry3:

Have a good day, take it easy everyone and above all stay safe and well.
      God bless. :wub2:

        Aloha everyone,

@moyra it's good to hear you are improving. :grphg:

I'm only doing short stints in the garden now that I've got the pots sorted. I'm having to go carefully because of the snowdrops and have been planting the loose ones elsewhere - about 40 of them so far. About 45 minutes is all I'm doing each day although I sometimes do a second session later on. Fighting my way through the shrubs is tough enough. :) I'm then transplanting the loose ones, all tiny bulbs, into the back garden.

        Keep well :dbgrtmb:

        Aloha!

          Good day
@moyra I hope you get rid of that cold soon! @shiney sounds like you'll need lots of hair spray to keep your locks in place as you dive in and out of those bushes

Sam is still asleep and that is good. She has to build up her strength for the operation at the end of the month. :blue thumb:

I've got plans to start sewing some things I had cut out at the beginning of the month. A lined spring jacket and a toaster turtleneck to coordinate with it. Plus another top that is a mock turtle neck. I'm going to take my time as this type of sewing is play time with no deadlines :)

I hope everyone is having a good day :coffee:

                Aloha everyone,

It's damp out there but not raining so I may carry on carefully around the snowdrops. The bed they're in is triangular about 40ft x 40ft x 30ft but hope to finish it today or tomorrow. It depends on how many loose bulbs there are as I have to sift the leaves carefully to try and find them.

                Keep well

                Aloha!

                    Good day
It is another cold and cloudy day.

I was supposed to go with number two son on a dump run as he had a lot of old dead electronics to get rid and I also had the printer that died last week. He borrowed the van and loaded up all his stuff and when he came back, I had some minor but messy stomach issues so he took my old printer and is making the run on his own. There is no cost to this type of disposal as we pay an up front "environmental" fee/tax when buying these items.

Can't quite decide what I want to do the rest of the day so I shall just putter!

Have a lovely day all :coffee:

                          Good day
I'm sat with my first cuppa of the day. I have some laundry going and topped up the capillary tank. One of my son's plants was not happy down there so I brought it up and placed it next to a window and even though the days are gloomy, I hope it perks up a bit.

Sam is still sleeping :blue thumb: And I am going to have a day of puttering :)

I'm watching/listening to a horror movie. Haven't turned on the news yet today. I figure the two media are about equal in their message/entertainment value. :rolleyespink:

                          Cheers all :coffee:

                            Aloha everyone,

Yesterday I got some more careful tidying of the flower bed and transplanted some more loose snowdrops.

I've been busy today, mainly admin, cancelled my appointment for my eye test tomorrow and said I will have it done when I feel safer, completed my supermarket order for delivery at 6.30 a.m. tomorrow and done a lot of cooking. Just finished cooking a spiced lentil soup that should last us to the weekend.

                            Keep well

Sainsbury's delivery at 6.30 tomorrow morning. I've put boxes in the porch for delivery person to put the order into. Saves a lot of time. She fills a box, I take it in whilst she fills the next box etc. Delivered, checked off and stored away in ten minutes. :blue thumb:

Good morning everyone, Roll on the Spring, I find this weather tiring, not that Spring promises to be much better. Be glad when they get control of this wretched virus.
