@moyra I had both of my eyes done almost two years ago and I can tell you it is AMAZING! They did one eye and then a week later, the other. My eyes hurt a little the first day but after that the only thing that was annoying was having to keep track of which drops go in and at what time.

You are not supposed to do any bending over (putting pressure on the back of your eyes) but the day after one of the ops, I had to regrout a shower stall floor because I discovered a leak and it had to be done before I could clean up else I would not have been welcomed many places... :heehee:

My right eye vision was 8/20 and is now 19.5/20 - my left was not quite as bad but is now 20/20.

You will be absolutely amazing at how much you can see. For me, it meant a lot of dusting and cleaning things that I simply did not know were needing attention until my eyesight was fixed.

Crossing my fingers you get it quickly!! :fingers crossed::fingers crossed::fingers crossed::fingers crossed::fingers crossed:

Thanks everyone for your supportive comments. The capsules I have ordered are purely organic plant and herb otherwise I wouldn't risk them. I am only going to give them a try for 3 months and see how they go.
Have a good evening all. God bless. :wub2:

I went for my Cataract Op last year waited 4 hours and in that time my BP & Heart Rate went sky high, so they wouldn't do it. I did try and get my GP to help control this problem, all she said was it's White Coat syndrome.

So sorry to put a downer in this post.

I have White Coat Syndrome too John.

Can't work out why as I never think of myself as being nervous . Show me a Dr or a procedure and everything goes sky high!!:dunno:

My last lot of surgery nearly got cancelled....in the end I was sent home with instructions for my own GP to monitor me for a few days....everything was absolutely fine so the surgery went ahead. Afterwards my heart rate went bananas ......so weird. Now I know it's going to happened so I am never surprised now.

My mum is very nervous about operations and thing but once she had one eye done she was very surprised how brave she was and how painless it was :dbgrtmb:

Good morning everyone, I feel reassured after hearing all your experiences. I have white coat syndrome too. The nurse always has to get me to turn away and take some deep breaths before she does my blood pressure for the second time but I do suffer with high blood pressure anyway and have to take Amlodipine for it.
Have a good day all, take care and stay safe and well. God bless. :wub2:

People tell you to keep calm, you can't help the way you are born like, as we are all different.
Perhaps a bottle of Vodka would help:rolleyespink:
