I have a plate from the 50's with HRH - I believe she was still a princess at the time it was thrown. I'll have to dig around for it.

 

I have a little bowl from the Coronation which has paperclips in it.

 

I have a plaque from the jubilee with a nice picture of her on it, I will treasure that

J will finish a few last bits on The Baffa so things are dry when the rain hits us Sunday then he s having his Friday lunch with John. I am going to make little greenhouse boxes for my seedlings/plantlets to protect them ... although they could be put on the inside windowsills of the Baffa. I made these last year from DIY shoeboxes ...


Oh, J has an appointment with his Doctor on Thursday regarding his MRIs.

It is going to be a sunny, beautiful day and a perfect morning to putter in my Hilda Ogden get up.

As it is reruns of Doc Martin playing, I'll just watch snippets when I come inside to get a fresh cuppa. Still an amusing show, even the second time around.

Now to finding articles about planting and growing tree lillies...
