Oh my goodness that must be terrifying for your neighbours and you too. What is wrong with people these days, so much hate and crime in the world :(

Morning everyone, feeling a bit blah today. Miserable is good word to sum it up. I'm trying to snap out of it.
      Tell me something funny

        Good day
It is 4f -15c and there is a bit of cloud in the sky. The guessers have said that the sun will be peeping out soon and tomorrow it will still be cold but with brilliant sunshine :)

@Flumpy the nerve of those dillholes to break into your neighbour's house. I hope everyone is able to feel a bit more secure soon. Hopefully the bimmer was the only outward sign of "prosperity".

On a lighter note, why would the thieves be targeting a vehicle that, from what I have seen, has no turn signals :heehee:

I've got a morning of puttering and then meeting up with some friends at the pub for an hour. Always nice to catch up on the gossip (harmless stuff - I won't listen to snipes) and see everyone relaxing.

The little containers of valentines cookies that I made and to which I added chocolates and "love hearts" are at the front door and I'll drop them on the front porch of the little ones on my street. Doing this probably makes me smile more than them!

        Cheers all :coffee:

Probably some people who don't want to work and look for the easy option. Some have no pride these days. I could say more but I would be banned from this forum:old:

You want to hear something funny @Kelc ... earlier on I was standing on a stool trying to dust a high shelf, and I lost my balance and fell off :heehee: well it made me laugh anyway
            didn't hurt myself though

I love that pic @Upsydaisy, it reminds me of a 60s wallpaper my parents had many years ago ... psychedelic art
Hope your knee is getting better and husband is all right too.

Oh dear @Flumpy that sounds frightening ! I hope they get caught.

I hope you enjoyed your visit to the pub with friends @CanadianLori nothing makes one feel better than relaxing with some friends

                          Aloha everyone,

I'm pleased to hear you're all getting on OK.

@Michael Hewett I've always said dusting is dangerous so I don't take a chance.

                          upload_2022-2-13_17-55-8.jpeg

I've been managing to get a lot of gardening done this last week. Short sessions of gardening with long breaks in between. We're ready to take another car load of plants to the charity garden centre. More Jerusalem sage, Inula, Vinca minor, giant Ajugas, Cyclamen. :blue thumb:

The other day when there was no wind at all two of the nearby farms and ourselves had our bonfires. The winter maintenance of the woodland across the field in front of us had the winter debris and the safety pruning done and their fire (collected in the field) lasted three days.

The promised heavy rain has only been a light drizzle.

We have a family Zoom with East and West coast U.S. and Brazil shortly. Then off to the Indian restaurant. We usually restrict our Indian visits to a Sunday as they are not busy at all. We are still avoiding busy places.

                          Keep well

                          Aloha!

                              Good morning everyone.:)

Michael I hope you're OK!! You and my hubs make a right pair!! Hubs won't think twice about jumping onto wobbly stools to reach something or scaling up ladders....when will you both learn. More importantly so for you as I not confident that Bella can phone for an ambulance!!:nonofinger:

Invest in a long handled feather duster, if you can't find a long handled one then it's easy to make an extension .

Lovely day has dawned here the sky is blue and the sun is out. Have to think of something to do as I'm getting a case of cabin fever.

My dressing will not stay put and comes away with each exercise....not sure why I can't remove it all really.:dunno: . One small section is becoming sore and uncomfortable.....hope it's not getting an infection as it could be another 2 weeks before I see anyone and get it removed.

Lovely having our eldest down for the weekend, he helped hubs with lots of jobs, and also re-jigged some of our outdoor security cameras solar panels to maximise the present sun levels.

Off now to look for something to do to occupy my brain!!

@moyra if you're looking in then I hope all is Ok and I am sending you:wub2: and :grphg:.xx

                              Have a brilliant day.

                              :spinning:
