Sounds like I'm the last one with a cuppa in my fist! Just Tetley in the mornings. I've done my exercises as well. Some of the XBX series.

It is chilly, cloudy and basically blah but who cares? I'm going to be inside anyway. Going to be puttering around the kitchen while my beloved Corrie regurgitates last week's 6 episodes.

I'm making some Chelsea buns this morning - I'll pop some over to you for an afternoon snack as they won't be ready until 11 my time which is your mid afternoon.

We're in for what looks like to be a grey and damp day today but on the plus side it's mild...so it's not all bad.

I've done something to my back ... can hardly move ... difficulty drawing a full breath ... the same thing happened last year doing too much in the garden.
It hasn't sunk in yet that I am old
I've made an appointment with an osteopath at 2 pm, saw them last year too and they were excellent (Told me to take care in the garden but I forgot )

Enjoy your day everyone, even in the rain which I agree with @Upsydaisy at least it's mild so I don't mind.
