Thank you @Upsydaisy I'm sure I will. Last year the pain almost disappeared after a visit to the osteopath.
You know all about pain ... much worse than my back. I hope you're all right today x

 

Aww bless you 'Michael ' I wouldn't go as far as saying my pain had been any worse than yours though.....just very annoying !!!

My patience is wearing thin now as I desperately want to get out there and do more things. Yes I'm fine though thank you, just a few healing niggles to get over.

I'm going to go outside this afternoon and see what I can do to my back too. It will be up to 45f 7c this afternoon. Plenty warm enough to play out there.

My back is much better now after seeing the osteopath yesterday I can turn to the left and right much easier and can take a deep breath without having a sharp pain through my chest.
I have another appointment next week so hoping it will be pain free.

@Michael Hewett I'm glad to hear you're on the mend. I always figure if you are in good enough shape to over exert yourself, you are in good enough shape to work through the punishment.

@Upsydaisy I am in a bit of a panic. I friend is popping by a bit later and my kitchen is covered in pots of seedlings. I need to get my locks dried and down there to create pathways to the table so I can offer a cuppa!

Glad to hear that your feeling a lot better Michael. Sadly I have to report that I having significant twinges in my back today to warrant some painkillers. My fault entirely as I shifted a 75l bag of compost yesterday....ssh don't tell my hubs.Trouble is that when my back is behaving I forgot that it's dodgy!!

Lori I hope hope day worked out fine and that everything went as planned.

I have some pots and trays in one of our bedrooms that gets a fair amount of sun and is double aspect too , so both window sills are pretty full. I am desperately trying to move things around to find them a new home as the son whose room it is is coming down this weekend.

We're in for grey day today I think but at least it's mild and the trees are gradually coming out in leaf....so it can't be that bad... can it?

A general pottering day today lots of this and that's need doing.
Not sure if much will get done out in the actual garden as it depends how much rain we eventually get.

It is 35f 2c and going up to 50f 11c. And cloudy but who cares? I'm meeting a friend for breakfast so will be inside anyway

And on the way back from breakfast I have an order for more irrigation fittings all ready for me to pick up. I have to do a little tinkering with the low flow system once it is warm enough to turn on the water out there.

Then like you @Upsydaisy I'll just be puttering!

Gosh I daren't hang any laundry out here today as it's so windy. I use to worry about my undies flying around the nearby allotments ..today it's more like the Isle of Wight!!!
