The description reminds me of a movie from the 50's. The Man Who Never Was with Clifton Webb.

    Thanks for the heads up.

          Good morning everyone!:)

The bike looks good @Flumpy .....happy peddling!!

Yes thanks I thoroughly enjoyed the film.I find it a very good way to educate myself on our history in subjects that ,although I'm aware of, I don't really know too much about.
They took a huge risk but thankfully it all worked out as hoped.

Today is the anniversary of losing my dear Mum so I will take some flowers up to the cemetery and also placed one on Donna ( our garden statue that was once in my parents garden.) It's still as painful 16 years later as it was then as it was so unexpected and she was only just 75.

Have a super day and keep safe.

Good morning @Upsydaisy I hope you'll feel all right after taking flowers to your mother's resting place. Even though many years pass the feelings of grief remain the same, but I believe the love we shared with our deceased relations helps us through xx

Good morning Michael and thank you. Yes it's a very emotionally charged time at the moment, it's my Dad's passing anniversary next Tues and on Thursday it's the day we lost the 2nd of our 2 sleeping babies. I know everyone goes through it but at this particular time of year It's all very close together. Roll on mid May and we start to celebrate again with our middle son's birthday!:hapydancsmil:

It's a misbelief that it gets easier as time passes...we just learn to cope with the pain .

Have a good day Michael xx:grphg:

                    Good day
@Upsydaisy I hope you are able to enjoy your visit to your Mum and can share some smiles about fun things you to did when she was still here.

It is cloudy again but hopeful as there is a hint of blue behind their veil. I'm going to do my Hilda Ogden and spend the rest of the morning in the back yard while my hair dries.

Then I've got a few errands to run.

Have a good day all. Cheers :coffee:

Good morning everybody, how are you all today?

Looks to be an OK day so I hope, amongst other things, to get the two wall planters planted out. These can easily be brought into the greenhouse overnight should we get low temps.

                        Have a good day yourselves.

                              Good day
@Upsydaisy I've set out my hanging pots with their tiny seedlings and they will stay outside. Tough love. I also put a few other plants outside. It is about 40f and not supposed to get lower than that from now on and they can all just battle through plus the rain is watering everything out there instead of me running around with a can. Later, the guessers tell me the plants will have sunshine and it will be much warmer :) I will need to tip out a lot of the trays as it has been raining steadily since about noon yesterday. And tomorrow is supposed to be sunny all day!

I'm meeting a friend for brekkie in a bit and then on the way back, I will pick up the turntable I need to complete sunoven project. With the price of petrol, I am combining errands to save on mileage.

Have a lovely day all. Cheers :coffee:
