We have another lovely day ahead of us.
No misbehaving I promise today, I'm just going over to see my brother.
I've tucked some emergency supplies in my bag...just in case.

I shall uproot the surprise Campsis and temporarily plant it in a pot as I can't put it in its new home till the windows are done (no news there!) I shall then plant the Lablab beans where the Campsis came from.

T'other Half is meeting our friend for lunch selling him a guitar. I shall have a strawberry protein shake.

It is another sunny day and the guessers say if will get up to 92f 30c and be humid to boot! I've got the shades in the sunny windows shut to keep the heat out so I probably won't have to bother with the air conditioning.

I have a day of easy tasks to do. A puttering pace.

Yes, laundry has been done and is just waiting to be hung out...woe betide any allotmenteer who is contemplating a bonfire today...I'm watching you!

Had a busy day yesterday visiting my brother in the morning, we leave just after 9 and get back around 1:30. After cooking our main meal and clearing up there wasn't much time left to knuckle down to anything really. I did manage to change our bedding ,clean and vacuum upstairs though.....and suddenly it was gone 5pm!! Then it was a quick shower , a couple of video chats before settling down outside in the evening sun to finally start on my new library book.

Today as well as being on bonfire lookout I think I'm also back on ladder duty too. Noticed that there is a fair amount of deardheading required too !! Fingers crossed for a relaxing afternoon with my knitting and library book
