:yikes: :oopss:...sorry Vicky for not acknowledging your post.

Thanks...yes I need to try and allow my foot to rest and hopefully recover for the next couple of weeks...can't hobble on and off trains thats for sure!!

Has the rain arrived yet, oddly enough despite our forecast we have remained dry. I wish I had known that would happen as I would've done some laundry.

R did the grocery shop this morning while I stayed at home and slowly but surly did the downstairs housework.

:fingers crossed: It doesn't seem quite so painful today , it probably helped not having to wear shoes too I expect.

Strange that you both didn't sleep well...I wonder why:scratch:. Take it easy this afternoon while J is out.

        Good morning everyone.

Another mixed bag of weather day here.

Hub is going to get our car MOT'ed this morning so I'm just chilling and maybe flower pot sorting this morning.
Not much else going on today.:)

        Have a restful Saturday

Fun Baby Bears. I sometimes watch a Baby Animal Programme and it is choc-a-bloc awww factors. Morning all.

@wiseowl Sorry to hear you have Plantar Fascitis and I empathise as I developed it after one off my ops. A good thing I found was roll my foot over a frozen pop water bottle frequently. Take care.

Upsy, enjoy your pottering whatever you do and take care of your foot too.

Lori, be safe in your snow.

It is sunny, breezy and warm here, 13c now heading for 22c. I plan on playing in the big pots in The Courtyard, underplanting with seed and tidying up shrubs. I will do it in the wheelchair so I can easily and safely scoot around. We have a low stool with bum-shaped seat but I do not feel balanced on it. I will look to see if any seeds germinated that I sowed on the Front of House Patio.

            Have a good day.

Morning Woo, you take it easy and rest up and no overdoing it. :nonofinger:xx

You must stop wearing those high heels shoes.;)

Joking aside it is very painful I had it after my 2nd foot fusion, I had adopted a completely different gait after the surgery ( which I had been warned about) but in time everything settled back down fine.:dbgrtmb:

                Morning Vicky.

You too go carefully out in your gorgeous courtyard, good idea about using the wheelchair.:dbgrtmb:

                Have fun planting out.xx

It's very mild here today and feels really Spring like. I 'm just finishing up on a few indoors chores and then I too will have a gentle potter outside. I will them settled up in the greenhouse and do a bit more potting on.

                    Good day
It is 24f -5c and some blue is visible up there :blue thumb:

We've had lots of snow so any plants that thought about springing up are now even more blanketed and hopefully safe. I just finished shoveling the driveway again and now I'm getting onto regular chores. I shoveled early because soon I shall put on my Hilda get up and don't want to scare the neighbours with it. :heehee:

Heavens, it sounds like lots of limitations happen here. Let's combine our strength and push healing to be done by the time the great weather comes!:paladin:

                    Cheers all :coffee:

I had that once. went online found what Physical therapist do for that, it involves buying a tennis ball size ball, and rolling your arch on it firming standing up. I did it, yes hurt some initially, but pushed through it, it lessoned soon. and after about a week for a few minutes daily, it went away. About 4 years ago. @wiseowl When you go on you tube and type in Plantar fasciitis information and how to will come up.

Good Morning all. Just rain here, at 35 degrees. Inside stuff, more taxes paperwork. Grocery store list in the makings.
Lovely visit with my friend and her husband. Had a nice lunch with them at her beautiful house. She had a stoke few months back, working with occupational therapist to relearn stuff. She mixes up even names of rooms in her house, and can't read right now. Speaks well. It is said at our ages our friends. We should all retire at 40 so we have the youth to go out and have lots of free fun instead of working working. She is 78 years old. I am planning on another visit in a few months, have to call her more often on the phone. Have a good day all.

Good morning ,I hope your weekend is going well.:)

Nothing planned for today so hopefully I'll get to carry on from where I left off from yesterday with potting up seedlings.

It's looking good out there so despite what our weather forecast is saying I hope it will remain dry today.:fingers crossed: We do have a storm brewing for tonight and tomorrow.

Just off to hang out the laundry so everyone have a peaceful Sunday.
