The weather has been very varied today. Rain, breezy and sunshine from mid afternoon. Feels cooler today though.

Just looking in before going to bed. It's been a busy day, shopping this morning then the electrician this afternoon, who I left with OH while I went and had coffee with a neighbour whose husband has dementia and is now less able to do things for himself.
We have mice in the kitchen eek! and the hare that was visiting seems to be more resident in the garden now!

 

I've been catching up with a couple of the episodes of Silent Witness today - from 15/1 and 22/1.
I know I'm way behind, but one thing led to another, and they got left - but not forgotten about.

@RowlandsCastle, Silent Witness is one of those programmes I can watch over and over again. Off to Bestie's today and I'm having my hair done too. Definitely in need of a trim as the words 'hedge' and 'backwards' come to mind.

I passed on everyone’s kind wishes to Wonky and she said “Thank you, I do miss them all, it's a real hole in my morning! I wish them all well x” … as you can imagine she’s really busy, working six very full days a week … but loving her 3 days a week at Katie’s Nursery (good to be in the glasshouses and polytunnels when it’s raining) and working with her own customers the rest of the time too. She’s also driving a van delivering and setting up plant displays throughout Suffolk. She hopes to find time to join us in GC eventually …
It doesn’t seem very long ago since my pretty baby daughter with a determined chin was born on the Sunday after Easter …
And the child that is born on the Sabbath day
Is bonny and blithe, and good and gay.

 

Good morning all, what does everyone have planned for today? I'm off IKEA with the wife and father in law. Whilst they are busy looking at wardrobes I will be checking out the garden furniture

 

OH is not at work today so we had thought we might go out … we might need wetsuits and snorkels tho …

We need to go to the SM, nearly out of milk, but the electric gate repairing man will be here soon and we can't go out until he has finished.

 

Enjoy IKEA @bigbore - I get claustrophobia in that store! I do hope that you are not held up too long this morning @Busy-Lizzie.
