that is quite some dedication. that's my issue, drinking water, I really have to make and effort to do it. But 2 cups of coffee in the morning also gets the body working. I try to have home made herb tea ready in the fridge usually I can get to that during the day. But then at 4PM its cocktail time. My blood work does show that water is lacking.

My delightful evenings at about 7PM are spent watching past missed episodes of The Repair Shoppe BBC. love it, its on You Tube. Anyone else seen it. its just right for me, no stress, little stories. then off to bed I go. Maybe I should not say missed episodes, because we don't get them here to begin with.

Seems very popular here in the UK, @redstar. I quite like it, but can't be doing with all the weeping and wailing that frequently accompanies the knackered items 'on their journey'! No need for the maudlin' sentimentality which seems so rife nowadays. I always admire the participant's who DON'T sob and wring their hands, and who are just quietly grateful for a job well done.

I read only yesterday that there's an Australian version of The Repair Shop. Haven't got around to watching it yet so I can't comment on it, but it's available on YouTube.

The site of the Repair Shop programme is worth a visit if you get the chance, it is an amazing collection of medieval buildings. You can also nip next door and visit @Chicky at work in West Dean gardens :).

Have to remember that and look for it. Wonder what items would be found over there.

OK, 7:30PM feet up. ready to watch Repair shop . Later.

Picking my Bestie up at 09:00 as we are on the roster for Food Bank duties today. With it being Maundy Thursday and Easter just over the horizon, we are expecting a very busy day.
