Hello all. just busy with last minute packing etc. will be digging up some plants to take to plant down there also. Chilly morning, 43degrees. Take care all.

I am sure he/she will be relieved. I've already started altering some of my clocks and my timer switches.

We need to put our clocks forward in France too.

It's still sunny. I pulled out a few weeds but it's really too wet to do anything. I've tidied up a bit and done the ironing in front of GW. Having tea then I'll make the first course and pudding for tomorrow.

I bought a bag of gravel at a hardware store then went for a stroll around the local park. We met a man who we knew from previous chats about his dogs. He now has a lovely setter/retriever cross and a golden retriever. Our dog was estatic as he found a golf ball on the putting green. It's in the car, ready to be played with again.
I can't imagine the horror of one's house burning down. The poor, poor neighbour.

Evening folks.
Back from the Wedding in the Brecon Beacons. A beautiful setting and a gorgeous wedding. It was fine for 99% of the day, just a few spots of rain for some of the photos. They had a drone camera for some outside photos - what a fab idea! We have left the youngsters and people with energy to the evening ‘do’ plus we didn’t fancy the Beacons part of the drive home in the dark. Hats off to my fabulous driver (aka hubby) for going no alcohol today to drive us home safely tonight.

I’m shattered now so the clocks can go forward all they like, but I will be having a lie in tomorrow!
