              Aloha everyone,

              Well, we got through another busy day :phew:. Apart from having the plumber come round to do a couple of jobs (fix the toilet, fit new filter taps on kitchen sink - I had to clear out the cupboard under the sink and found things I didn't know we had!), helped write a training manual, dealt with 37 emails and 6 phone conversations (three of which were to try and sort out another club's problems).

              This morning we have a service engineer coming round and I need to get him sorted out (he has seven rooms to do work in) before rushing off to Barry who has an Occupational Therapist coming round to assess him. He needs a wet room as he can no longer get into the special low bath he has. I've got to make sure they do the assessment properly and don't try to confuse him.
