    Aloha everyone,

    A bit damp out there this morning with dampness forecast until mid-week. Must be the man up there telling me not to do any gardening. :noidea: I think I'll fool him! :heehee:

    My back is a lot better but had difficulty getting out of my armchair. Having walked around a bit it has eased up. :blue thumb: I think I might just manage to force myself to do a bit of shopping whilst visiting a nursery. I can then pick up a load more plant pots as we've used a few hundred during the week. We need mainly 2 and 3 litre pots.

    @pattie if you're going to be asking questions about gardening it would help if you add to your profile, in the 'location' part, whereabouts in the country you live. Your location can make a difference to the advice given. :thumbsup:

                      It's damp out there but not raining.

                      I've been going through some of my old files and dumping the out of date stuff. Do you think I should still keep my copy of my contract with the electricity company that I signed in 1972? We ceased getting our electricity from them in 1976.

                        @shiney my next door nieghbour has just paid £2500 for artificial lawn and it looks so false and not nice at all,but I guess he won't have to cut it,but that's a job I enjoy;):smile:

                          @wiseowl I too enjoy cutting my lawns, although it's a long job, and it gives me time to think, enjoy the peaceful atmosphere and look at things in the flowerbeds around the lawns. It also gives me some exercise. :thumbsup:

                            Just for a laugh @wiseowl I thought I would mention ''fog'' It didn`t lift all day yesterday here, and it`s just the same today :sad:
                            The only good thing about fog - maybe, is that it`s harder to spot artificial grass ....yuk :dunno: ... oh, wait a minute, I do believe a bit of brightness is trying to peep through :yes:
