Yawn yawn, wakey wakey Autumn 2018

Good day
Another sunny day coming and this one a little hotter. As soon as the temperature reaches 78f, I will be closing up the house to keep from needing the air conditioning right away. Some people have theirs set at 74f but I don't keep it chilly in here because it is summer!

I've got some laundry started to take advantage of another good line drying day.

Have been preying for rain for weeks and nowt happened, having a bit of the outside of the house painted today and yes you have guessed it, huge threatening black cloud on the horizon. No doubt the painters who we have waited for for months, will be rained off, flaming typical.

We have clear skies but have been promised clouds and tonight a small chance of rain. It is going to be a hot weekend according to the guessers so watering and watering will be on my agenda.

I have a fairly leisurely day today. One appointment mid morning and that's it!

Good day everyone
Today is another hot day in the works. The house is shut up and I will be working this morning. My client had water damage to the hems of some drapes I made for her years ago so I am shortening them to window length to remove the stained section. Big, heavy, blackout lined drapes so I'm getting quite a workout.

Should be done by lunch and then it's time to play. Got some potting up to do but don't have the pots or I should say, have pots I want to use.
