      Aloha Everyone!

Another lovely day. Penny sounds as though you have quite a lot of work on for the next couple of weeks to ensure everything goes off ok. A roll of gingham material may well be your best bet and probably the cheapest way to do it.

Loli sounds as the chooks have got things sorted for the heat as have the boys. Looks like we may have an indian summer.

Shiney, can we expect some interesting piccies from you then?

WOO, intersting patterns in your sky picture this morning WOO and unusual colours too.

Waves to Kandy and Kaz and hopes everyone will take care and look after themselves and have a lovely day!

      Aloha!:wub2:

      Good morning everyone,

Its another hot day here, but supposed to start raining tomorrow, through the weekend.

I'm off to do some errands and need to cut the grass too, was supposed to go to Toronto, but thats probably tomorrow.

We decided to cover the hay bales with canvas drop cloths, so i need to go and pick up all those today too, and start cutting them over the weekend, I'm having Natalie pick up one of the bales to i can cut them all exact, and not guess since the actual size could vary from 2 1/2 feet to 3 feet long.....better to know then start cutting and be wrong.

Anyhow.....I'm off for now, so have a great day all.

Penny, I suppose canvas is a sensible option as at least everyone wont have straw sticking into their backsides if you use something less substantial!:lunapic 130165696578242 5:

          Good morning everyone:smile:

Still busy at the moment but we are nearly there and the best part,Mr Kandy came over the allotment last night with his long ladder and picked the last of the plums and we got half a carrier bag full from two trees and although quiet a few were green we are hoping they will ripen up. :snork:

Shiney, the bee was definetley a honey bee and was about the size of a sixpence with a buff coloured bum.I found it on the path wandering around so picked it up to take it some flowers when the little xxxx stung me so i threw him back on the floor.:eeew: I got the sting out of my hand which was like a tiny splinter and as we carried on with the walk a lump came up on the palm of my hand and an area around it went bright red. When we got home i had to put some Antihistermin{sp} cream on it for a couple of days and now i am just left with a mark where he got me:ouch1:

Anyway, hope everyone is ok and enjoying this beautiful weather and long may it reign:SUNsmile:

              Good morning Loli:smile:

I must have been typing when you popped up

I think Chatsworth, and the popular ones are difficult to get into because members block book all the weekends at xmas when the site booking opens and a lot of members are fed up with it as some of the members don't cancel or just don't turn up:frown:

Are you going on a CL or a club site?Anyway hope you both have a lovely relaxing break and are able to wind down:blue thumb:

              Aloha everyone,

Kandy, I'm pleased you recovered from the sting quickly :dbgrtmb:

Loli, Happy anniversary :ccheers: . You won't be too far from my ancestral home :heehee:

The room I was born in is the window with the arched brickwork above the door in the centre of the picture.

We went to the Olympic Park yesterday. It got extremely hot there as there was very little shade and no wind. We didn't go for the sport but to have a look round the gardens. Most of the flowers were going over but we could still see how magnificent they would have been. A very interesting visit.

                Morning everyone,

Its another nice day here, but its overast at the moment.....supposed to rain later.

Lastnight Brad and i went and picked up 30 pots of mums (12 inch), 2 big pots of mums with kale and tall grass, and 2 hanging baksets that will go on the arbor............we somehow managed to get it all to fit in the truck, i had some on my lap on the way home (45 mins away), I'll snap a pic of them all later..........this is me.........[IMG] with the flowers in the truck!!

Lots of errands to do, my trip to Toronto has been put off until Monday, kinda glad actually.

                Have a great day all.
