    Aloha everyone.

Shiney, wish I had read this thread first. I left a message for Hannah on the number on her card as I wished to ask her something to do with Reiki. My friend in Castle Bromwich wants to find a Reiki Master/Teacher near her and I wonder if Hannah had a list and could give me the information for my friend. Now I know why she didn't answer the phone as you have dropped her off at the station for her trip to the West End. I hope she has an enjoyable day. Glad to hear you are feeling better today. Likewise here.

WOO, hoping you are feeling much better now and have come to terms with losing your baby. Hope Tiny and Penny have adjusted ok bless them.

Waves to Kandy, Loli, Penny, Kaz et al who use the thread regularly.
Look after yourself everyone and take care. Have a good day all.

    Alloha!:wub2:

Thanks Shiney. My friend thinks I should have done a reiki course with the type of nature I have in wanting to help people all the time etc. Maybe had I been younger. Thanks again. Will await her call.

Mrs Shiney has a lot of mature students :dbgrtmb:. You're never too old to learn, especially for young whippersnappers like you :heehee:

Mrs Shiney only qualified this year as a Cognitive Hypnotherapist and got another 16 letters after her name  :snork:

    Morning everyone,

Its going to be a nice day here, most likely the last nice day of the week, supposed to rain right up until Sunday, and its our Thanksgiving this weekend too!!

Had a busy busy week last week, and this week is shaping up to be the same.

I'm home today, so i plan on getting a few things done, since the rest of the week is so busy.

    Have a great day all.

Looked a bit grim first thing where I live, but now we are in glorious sunshine. Been in the garden, cut down a couple of tall overgrown shrubs, fluffy seed pods all over the place. Raked the lawn, leaves from apple and pear trees all over the place. Cut a washing bowl full of multi-coloured chard for my dinner.yum... finally got in the garage and had a good clear out, tidying all the pots. Think I have earned a chilled glass of wine with the dinner, don't you? Have a good day.:doggieshmooze:

Yes, certainly sounds like you have lili............pour me one too while you're at it!

2nd thoughts might go treat myself to a bottle of scotch so I can have a wee nip before I go to bed tonight to help me sleep.

Shiney, thank Hannah once again for her advice. I have sent it on to my friend near Birmingham and hopefully she can get herself started on a course to suit her. Thanks :ThankYou:

Ooh Lolimac, hope you soon get better. I think you are in serious need of the Scotch, for medicinal purposes. Myself, I can't stand the stuff, I make my own Limoncello, coffee liquer, and I am partial to a drop of Sambuca. I've had my glass of wine, and now am raiding my box of chocolates from the Chocolate Club, this week's box is dark, and wow, there are some lovely flavours. Last week, it was a Fortified selection, and they were really nice. :thud::thud: . At 10 o'clock I then make a sandwich, which is usually Nutella and banana.....oooooh...

Moyra, she says you are very welcome :dbgrtmb:. any futher info needed, just let her know.

Loli, I hope you recover quickly. :dbgrtmb: I'll have to look for the video.

Liliana, you'll have to stop talking about dark chocolate :nonofinger:. I love it but never have any in the house :).

Although my man-flu is almost better I think I overdid the work in the garden yesterday. I was mowing down all the wild area at the back of the garden (some of it was knee high) and I think I did too much lifting the full box of grass and emptying it. The pile is 5ft x 3ft and 4ft high! Aching ribs and chest and it hurts to take a deep breath - silly boy!!!:sad:

Oh Shiney, you will have to get Hannah to give you a quick rub down with an oily rag then. It does sound as though you have been overdoing things. You must take it easy tonight and make it an early night and rest up. I am going to pull the plug now and make it an early night. Night night all.

Moyra, you know I can't do early nights! If I went to bed now I'd be up by midnight.
