Morning !! Yes, it's me again, reasonably bright and perky. Just had toast with homemade Raspberry and Fig jam, banana, and a cup of tea. Off to the garden centre soon, orchids looking a bit sad :cry3: , so I will get some special compost, to try and revive them.

    Aloha Everyone,

Shiney yes of course I forgot you are like WOO a night owl. I hope you are feeling much better today.

I am getting excited because I am going on a day out to Bournemouth tomorrow and with my agraphobia problem I am wondering how I will get on. My friend is picking me up about 9.15 and then we are meeting some other friends down there for lunch and then the ride back again fairly early afternoon. So I am hoping like mad I do not go into panic attack mode. I have been pysching myself out to do it and treat it as a challange if I am ever to get over this only visiting places with easy distance of home. Wish me luck.

Lili I will post your tobacco seeds this morning.

Waves to Loli, Kandy, Penny and WOO hope you are all ok this morning and have a good day everyone.

    Aloha!:wub2:

Just a quick visit before I get stuck in here.
Hope everyone has a lovely day, good luck Moyra. A therapist once said to me "look on it as a challenge" and you will be so proud of yourself when you do it.

    Hi Woo and everyone:smile:

Hope you are all ok and Moyra,Good luck with your trip today :blue thumb: When you don't suffer with anxiety, and agrophobia problems and can just jump in the car any time for journeys outside of where you live it is hard to imagine that for lots of people it is a big step to jsu be able to go off for day trips.I will be thinking of you and know that you will have a great day with your friends:dbgrtmb:

Been busy this week in the garden and inbetween picking more autumn raspberries,am starting to get some winter digging done but can't do too much at a time because of my dodgy back :snork:

Thinking of everyone else who pops on later and hope you all have a good day depsite the rain that is forecast:biggrin:

    Aloha Everyone,

All dressed up and ready to go but I feel as sick as a dog..........why do we use such terms are dogs more often sick than us? I digress just to chirp myself up. I am absolutely petrified. I just so much want to enjoy it but this feeling of dread wont leave me. I will come in and let you all know how I get on. In the meantime all be good and don't go overdoing things if you can get into the garden today. That's one thing I am grateful for it is not raining.

Have a good day all and look after yourselves please. xxxx

    Aloha:wub2:

    Aloha everyone,

Moyra, I hope you got through it without too much stress. I guess that you went otherwise you would have been back on here :dbgrtmb:.

We've had a busy day dealing with a variety of things and haven't had a chance to get out in the garden. I may go out there for a few minutes just to show I've done something. We took some friends out for lunch (they're 90+) and he's had a hip replacement and has had to give up his car.

Keep well and have a great day

    Aloha!
