oh Loli so sorry to hear you are in so much pain I am sending you healing thoughts in the hope that they will ease that pain. Never mind the garden that can keep until you are better. Right now it is rest that you need to let the muscles heal. Thinking of you. :grphg:

Yeah, hope you get better soon.I went through a period of finding it difficult to go out due to my ongoing depression(I have had all my life) After a busy afternoon, I have had to put a stick-on heat plaster on the left side of my neck/shoulder. I have degeneration of the neck bones, and arthiritis in the neck and shoulders. So after doing any work for a long period, I started my chutney making at 2.45 p.m. and finished at 6.30 p.m. Most of the time standing up. Still it was worth it, It gives me something to do and makes me think of other things whilst I am making it. I can have a rest tomorrow, though Friday is market day where I live, and I like to buy some fresh fruit and veg that I don't grow, and it's my monthly visit to Lidl's. Still after shopping, it's down to Costa for my coffee. :patpat:

            Aloha everyone,

At the moment the sun is struggling to come out and play but it looks as though it might manage it.

I got a lot done in the garden yesterday. Had a nice big bonfire and then finished mowing down all the areas I had left to grow wild and mowed the whole of the back garden :dbgrtmb:

In case you're feeling chilly, here's something to keep you warm.

            Aloha!

EDIT: The sun has just come out to play!

              Aloha everyone,

Loli, hoping you are beginning to feel a little better. I am having my friends from Kent come to dinner here instead of my meeting them at a restuarant as I really felt that for me I have been out enough to last me for a while. They are fetching their little dog Tinks with them so Amber and Tinks will have great fun. Going to do a Roast leg of Pork with roast potatoes cooked in beef dripping and honey roast parsnips and peas and sweet corn and a nice strawberry cheesecake for dessert. I probably will not each much of it as I find when I cook that fills me up with the senses etc so that I am not hungry when it is ready to eat.

Thank you for the lovely blue sky WOO and the lovely fire Shiney!

Have a lovely day everyone and look after yourselves please.

              Aloha!:wub2:

              Good morning everyone,

Loli, sorry to hear about your health problem and hope that with rest you start to feel better soon.:dbgrtmb:Nothing worse than having lots to do and not being able to do it :frown:

Woo,lovely blue sky and white fluffy clouds,my kind of sky.:blue thumb:Hope you are starting to feel a bit better now that the healing process has begun:dbgrtmb:

Shiney, love the flames.:blue thumb:You can't beat a good bonnie to get rid of dead and diseased garden material :dbgrtmb: Hope you are feeling a bit brighter and lovely to read about the good work that you and Mrs Shiney are doing for others:dbgrtmb:

Moyra, glad to see you enjoyed your day down in Bournmouth and hope that today goes off ok with the visit from your friends and i am sure that Amber and Tink will have a good day also:blue thumb: .Your meal sounds quiet yummy:dbgrtmb:

Lily, nothing worse than getting soaked when taking the furries out for a walk or having to let them out at silly o'clock. In one way i don't miss that our dog has gone over the rainbow bridge and the cats can go off and do their own thing which is good:snork:

Waves to Jazmine and Penny and hope that you are both ok:smile:

Had to ring the vets this morning as Willow has been sneezing and has runny eyes at times since Wednesday and Poppy seems to be losing weight and we found some blood spots this morning so going to get them checked out{thats if we can get madame to come indoors :snork:}Hopefully neither of them have anything untoward going on and the receptionist said they can't have their annual boosters until they are over these problems but as they are not due for the needle until on or after the 15th we have a little lea way to get them right first. It is a bit of a worry though epecially now at the age of nine they seem to be losing their ability to fght off infections.:eeew:

              Enjoy your day everyone:smile:

Kandy, thanks for your nice comments. I am sorry to hear that Willow and Penny are unwell. I hope the vet can help them and put them on the road to recovery.

Liliana, have you received the tobacco seeds yet. I did send them first class. I don't know what is happening to our postal service it is getting worse. Not at all like it used to be.

I am already for my friends, my lovely son put the hoover around the flat and polished the mirrors in the bathroom. What a good lad when he wants to be.

Enjoy the rest of your day!

Well you wont sow them this side of March and the just shallow sow them and then you can prick them out into pots when they are big enough.
