I've not been home from work long ,got the 'girls' cleaned out,just the cheese to grate for their supper Mr L is out to dinner tonight with work so it looks like i'll continue to wade my way through the curried pumpkin soup from yesterday....
It's suddenly turned quite chilly but it's dry

Been very busy again this week and only just having a chance to sit down properly and catch up with everything.

Loli,try to have a little bit of time to yourself now that you are back home from work and Mr Loli is out this evening so you can enjoy the curried pumpkin soup from yesterday.I brought loads of sweets for the kiddiewinkles but because we had bad weather it turned out to be rather a damp squid last night

Woo,love the photo for the rose with the butterfly visitor and it makes me smile of summer days to come

Caz,hope the split shift isn't too tiring and that you eventually get some quality time to spend with your hubby.Do you have to work over Christmas time as well?

Moyra,I dislike these cold damp days with dark mornings and evenings and count the days to when the sun comes back and i just hope we get a good summer next year.I walked across our back lawn today and the water was squelching on the top of the grass so it shows how much rain we have had these last few weeks

Penny,you sound quiet busy at the moment and i suggested to Mr Kand y that we get the crimbo lights down and see which ones need replacing as i know we had some duff ones last year

Shiney,hope the tournament goes off ok in Daventry and you might take some sun up to Daventry when you travel up that way

Does Mrs Shiney watch The Paradise each week?We are hooked on it and hope that Moray and Denise eventually get together although i expect it will be dragged out until the end of series 2

Only just got up so feeling a bit tired still

The wind is starting to bring the leaves down and i have already been over to the village where we used to live and collected around ten dustbin bag full of leaves although they are a bit crisp due to lack of water

WOO enjoy your visit to the rose farm. I hope there are still some lovely blooms left on the bushes. It will give your back a rest from digging out that new lawn.

Loli, you do spoil your girls giving them grated cheese, does it affect the eggs you get from them. Bet your boys enjoy a square of cheese or two too.

Kandy, hope Mr K is on the mend ok. Are you collecting all the leaves for leaf mould. good idea if you have somewhere to store them while they rot down or do you put them straight onto the garden..

Penny, you sure are getting yourself ready for Christmas early, still better to be prepared.

We had some snow overnight, its melting when it hits the ground, but the windshield was covered.

Have a bunch of errands to do for Brad, and need to take Diesel out for his walk, he'll need his coat on today!!

Been hectic here, had a lovely time at the wedding -it was good to see all the family and I even danced after having two drinks
Got the little man tonight so need to get prepared!

hi kandy, yes have spent lots of time with hubby this week and we made a point of doing Stuff each time ( i was working but he had a week off ) we have been for walks taken photos, chatted, laughed ( that was the best ) and even when out for meals i think they only time i have eaten out so much is when we are away on holiday, ( we havent gone daft as some of the meals were just a burger from the van at the local beauty spot) but that allowed us the luxury of time so we could go out for a few hours in between my calls rather than me cooking a meal at home, i work all holidays ( as i work with Children as well adults i tend to be flat out through these periods as parents need more help through holidays But i try to get christmas day off as i am a Christian and i loved this day to be spent with the family, but that it not always possible,
hope you are not feeling so tired yourself now.... there just doesnt seem to be enough hours in the day does there ?
woo hope you little project is coming along without to many problems.
i have a huge task ahead of me today i have bought some second hand pine furniture A) it is beautiful and B) i just love pine
but i dont actually have room for it so DECLUTTER AND RE-ARRANGE room Oh and buy some sky hooks
